from my experience  aries moon : fun and cheerful people and says whatever they feel. i get along well with them but sometimes feel they act immature. taurus moon : A bit quiet and always pleasant and sincere. Appear to be very steady and seldom see them lose control. There's always the smile there. However i find myself very different from this one. Haha. gemini moon : yeap, silly airheads and are always fun to be with. cancer moon : Can be a bit reserved. My sister has this placement. they're nice and sincere. Can get very very crazy when active. Warm. leo moon : get along with them. but too hungry for attention. virgo moon : no experience. libra moon : easy going and pleasant. as long as you have things to say and share with them. scorpio moon : hide emotions so so so well. very sure of themselves. sag moon : they always have things to say and do. but don't feel comfrtable with them, dont know why. cap moon : i get along very well with them. amazing ability to control emotions and handle them well without being too detached. a bit narrow-minded though. love this one. aquarius moon : always knows what to say and very witty. kind, pleasant and playful. very witty. i have a friend with this placement and sun in gemini. he once laughed till he hit his forehead against the window and bleed. he's absolutely crazy. he's like a class clown. pisces moon : nice and sweet people. sometimes boring but can be fun. my favourites are capricorn, cancer and aries. ------------------

well in my opinion cappy moons seem disciplined, but as for being emotionally mature, that's another thing...there are many cap moons who are not this.
for virgo moons, being too analytical about emotions or ignoring them altogether doesn't count as being disciplined or emotionally mature.
so it doesn't really matter which moon sign you havebeing disciplined and emotionally mature is about how well you take situations in, no matter how unsettling emotionally it is. therefore, it does take experience and SELF-discipline. there are many adults who are not disciplined/emotionally mature, but i say having these become part of your character is what being an adult is really about. aries-wow, headstrong...they have a lot of pride, can be insensitive.
taurus- calm, maybe too calm that you wanna punch them...j/k
gemini- scattered, restless...so moody but playful.
cancer- sweet, comfortable...but when they're moody, they become whiny and self-conscious.
leo- loyal. good showmanship.
libra- to me, pie-in-the-sky! romantic...but, too cheesy! lol
scorpio- unevovled ones are too vengful. if tendency to brood is controlled, can be great. problem is, can focus too much on the dark side.
sag- they are hilarious. chat a lot...not disciplined with food/fun. lol they love fun...
cap- So shy. rigid. and unapproachable.
aqua- aloof. like politics, intelligent.
pisces- quiet, compassionate...but if chart does not have some earth, the energy tends to be scattered and cannot deal with feeling others or put it to good use.

Capricorn might be the most disciplined in terms of emotional expression, or Virgo. Virgo Moons aren't mature typically though, rather like pathetic children, but Capricorn Moons are mature. Scorpio would take some beating aswell in the discipline stakes but are possibly too over-emotional and psychotic to be considered 'mature'. ------------------

afroken ~ Wooooh, I'm a Leo Moon and I know three others with Leo Moons and none of us are like that. One of them who's a Gemini Sun does like his fair share of attention, but he's not THAT crazy to the point of manipulating people for attention and out of jealousy. We must be the laid back hippie breed of Leo Moons. lol
I personally avoid drama. Of course My Aqua rising probably balances me out a lot.IP: Logged |

Most disciplined moon sign? I would go for Capricorn mooners. Followed up by the other earth signs, Taurus and Virgo. Aquarius mooners also tend keep their sh!t to themselves and although Scorpio Sun's appear to have a lot of self control, Scorpio moon's don't appear to have any at all! (Sorry folks - don't kill me please!!!  You know I love you really!!!  ) quote:

Perfect! I wholeheartedly agree!!! Disciplining your emotions instead of just letting them flow is not always beneficial. As an Aquarius moon, that's something I am trying desperately to learn during this lifetime. Wish me luck!!! quote:

I don’t know if anyone has noticed this, but fixed sign Moons have a bad temper!Anyhoo, in my experience with the Moons.. Aries: their emotions flow out uncontrollably. You always know what they’re feeling.
Taurus: bad bad temper/overly aggressive – but they’re so sweet to me
Gemini: lovely place for a Moon,and oh so chatty
Cancer: super sweet, tho a tad bossy in a motherly/fatherly way
Leo: always needs attention, with a fiery temper
Virgo: we’re not as mean as we seem 
Libra: Cardinal Moons are often very very bossy, and it’s no different for Libra. But they’ll charm the pants off you while doing it!
Scorpio: they’re alright. A bad temper here and there, but that’s it
Sagittarius: really really nice, but other planets can ruin it
Capricorn: This Moon SO depends on other natal planets. They vary from noble and admirable, to  this Moon suits Earth suns - but so long as their sun isn’t cardinal (excluding Cap Suns) they're pretty cool.
Aquarius: how can I say anything bad about this sign? – that’s half my clan! Very sweet and kind – beware that bad temper tho!
Pisces: cool, calm, collected. Nothing like the sun.

Aries – Lots of fun, sometimes clashes with my Cap moon, but overall I like the person I know who has this..
Taurus – absolutely fantastic.. my best friend has it.. very understanding
Gemini – frantic but funny, good humored.. very short attention span lol my mum has this.. and also a friend.
Cancer – too emotional, I haven’t clicked with them so far..
Leo – Supportive and right behind me on everything
Virgo – Can’t think of anyone.. I probably would like them, since it’s an earth sign.
Libra – Life of the party, very friendly
Scorpio – Very divided.. I’ve known a few.. either love them – if I think they are responsible.. or dislike them – if I think they are completely irresponsible. I never get highly attracted to this moon sign, but when I love them I feel very loyal towards them.
Sagittarius – I’ve only known one guy with this.. we weren’t close, but I did like his personality.. very optimistic
Capricorn – reliable but too nagging (me included)
Aquarius – detached, otherworldly, we usually get along.. but don’t get very close..
Pisces – similar to Scorpio, either love’em when responsible, or don’t really get along with them if I find their behavior irresponsible. IP: Logged |

well i am a cap moon and i don't find myself disciplined at all, but maybe that's because of my sag sun and aries asc...but i do feel sometimes very akward with my emotions, strained and have difficulty in letting someone in...IP: Logged |

Something positive about Scorpio Moons....Yea we are intense/moody/jealousy-prone,but also passionate and loyal! ------------------

I get along really well with all moon signs except Cancer. I'm sure there are mature and sweet cancer moons out there but the ones I know come across as very bipolar, spoiled, manipulative, bossy, selfish and throw temper tantrums every couple seconds. After two years of friendship, I just couldn't forgive their disloyalty and selfishness any longer, so I immediately ended the friendship. They weren't all bad, but their bad qualities overwhelmingly outweighed the good, Sometimes it kind of scares me how quickly I can end any kind of relationship in an instant (I'm a cappie moon) Every now and then I run into these former friends and I treat them like strangers. There's this very icy, unsettling approach in the way I deal with those who have mistreated me.. IP: Logged |

The two Aqua mooner women I know have this very peculiar way of expressing shock, disgust, or whatever. I can't even explain it properly; its like a very fragile feminine way of doing it (I hope I'm not offending any aqua mooners, I really don't mean this in a bad way). I'm a cancer moon, and omg I wish I had another moonplacement. I just feel totally emotional and moody all the time. Sometimes I cry and laugh at the same time:/ No wonder I confuse the people around me really, I don't even get myself!... My friends say I'm very easily hurt, and I suppose they're right. Thinking back at some of my actions, they just seem plain out silly. Wouldn't exactly call myself very emotionally mature, no. Not at all. IP: Logged |

So hands down, coolness and a certain sense of detachment are characteristics of a Cappie moon, huh?!Everything all the Cappie moons have said have rung so true with me.
I can terminate a friendship so easily, but thats because it takes a long long time for people to permeate my inner recesses.
A long time.
And I am also pretty intuitive.
So I will only let go and let you, and put up with flaws..haha... in if I'm feeling you.
I think thats why we are soo into family. Because with family, you have a history together and have spent a long time getting to know each other....so you are all accepting. When it comes to my shh!, and my internal dialogue, I am not the most discplined. Put me in asituation that messy, intense, erractic and generlly disconcerting and I will have it all smooth and clam in no time. IP: Logged |

I would also say that Cappie is a sign that feels a certain burden of responsibiilty. So it takes a while for you to figure whether you are gonna have to be responsible for that person or not.In my case, and in the case of Capricorn being my moon sign, I am very much attracted to those who have a huge sense of emotional independence and can just get on with things. What attracted me the most to my Taurus moon boyfriend is his emotional strength and belief in himself. I absolutelylet my self go with him when he told me 'I love you as much as I love myself'.

most disciplined? VIRGO moon! Every Virgo mooner I know acts as though they've got a stick stuck up their a**. Including my best friend (an Aries sun, asc, Virgo moon) and my boyfriend (Gemini sun, leo asc, virgo moon). They both can't stand rowdiness and are constantly cleaning up little messes! I think all the moon signs have an equal potential for emotional maturity. By emotional maturity, I mean people who are self-reliant but can also both give and receive with grace. So being too disciplined can limit someone's emotional maturity.I agree with many of you that Cappy Moons are the most disciplined. It's one of the things I love about them b/c they never make me feel obligated to emotionally nurture them. I like to give out of affection and choice, not b/c I feel like the other person needs me to make them happy. More important for emotional discipline than the moon's sign is its aspects, imho. Trines & sextiles to Saturn (responsibility) and Pluto (self-control) can give a strong inner security and discipline. IP: Logged |

I have a scorpio moon and I can say thats probably not the most disciplined moon sign. Maybe it also shows up in a chart where discipline in a person is concerned? I have moon conjunct pluto. venus square jupiter so i LOVE to go on excess on pleasures of all kind. we may APPEAR to look like we couldnt give a %^$&, but we cant control what kind of intense emotion is boiling up INSIDE of us.I think scorpio moons can be emotionally mature, but I think it also comes with age...when I was growing up, I didnt know where all my intensity and passion came from and I could not for the life of me control it in front of people. My moon is in Taurus and once I read about it, I saw a lot of my personality traits in Taurean moon-- I really feel it adds stability to my Pisces-Leo personality. It's creative and artistic like the other two, but even though I may appear flaky to some, I know I can get the job done. ------------------
