Topic: Sun conjunct Chiron

I noticed one interesting thing, there are 2 guys that I know with Sun conjunct Chiron, one is a very talented physician and the other is a paranoid schizophrenic, very smart though too. Does anyone know people with this placement and is there anything particular about them? IP: Logged |

(trine Neptune 24.14 Scorpio, Jupiter 24.27 Cancer, MH 24.55 Cancer and opposite Uranus Virgo 22.12r) Lots of peculiar things about me, I think! My friends who know the stories of my life think I should write a book. Lots of weird "happenings." These are more to do with spiritual things than vocation though. I have sun Conjunct chiron.. Sun in Cancer 29 degrees and in chiron 2 degrees... but I dont really see a connection between sun conjunct chironIP: Logged |

Ya know, Peri, I'm thinking it might have something to do with "healing" in a round about way. I always attributed it to my Pisces sun sign, but I attract people who need healing like flies on honey. When I was younger, my Mom always said that I only seemed to date "birds with broken wings." She said I'm happy to mend the wings and send them on their way. (Here I thought I was just fickle...Pisces sun/Gemini moon/Libra rising)! What signs are your friends' Suns/Chirons in? IP: Logged |

Thanks for your replies, 8th and SS, I have Mercury conjunct Chiron in the 3rd and I know my thoughts made me sick (literally) at the same time I know I can heal people with words...been wondering how Sun conjunct Chiron feels...The doctor is Pisces, the schizo guy is Aries/ IP: Logged |

Pisces - doctor....that makes sense...healer/medicine and so does the aries sun/chiron....chiron in aries carries the wound of identity. A strong wound in your ego identity would certain create a split mind. IP: Logged |

My source is the book "CHIRON" by Barbara Hand Clow. For chiron in taurus she explains it as a crisis in values.....the house position being important in this case because it will explain the specific area of life in which the learning about values will take place. Chiron in Taurus she explains also relates to sexual/kundalini energy and learning to use that side of venus.....for the rest of the signs....think of what is important to that sign and there you have the wound. ie - capricorn...woundedness around ambition...cancer..home and family etc.IP: Logged |

My understanding is that chiron in gemini in the 9th house may have a fairly overwhelmed nervous system. Adjusting your perceptions so that you see things through the wisdom of your higher self will help to keep you in balance. This placing seems to be highly charged energetically. Learning to integrate and balance kundalini energy is important. And once you do that, you may teach others how. IP: Logged |
