According to Astrodienst, I have this transit through January 2009. They describe it as a time of "snares and delusions", and say:
"The problem at this time is that defeats in connection with others can be unusually debilitating. Feelings of discouragement and futility are a great danger and can make you want to give up, thus creating even worse results. If you are not careful, you may come out of this period feeling very badly about yourself."I have rarely felt this bad about myself in my life. I DEFINITELY feel discouragement and futility--unrequited love, trouble getting a job. I can't stand feeling like this for another year! Maybe it's not just this Neptune transit. But, I feel like I'm having Neptune issues in general, and Saturn will square my Neptune starting this October. Does anyone have any suggestions for making things better? I'm afraid I'm not experienced enough to offer insight, but I've just had an AstroDienst "OOOH, this aspect looks rough!" event too. It's confusing, because these are challenges, but to me, the aspects are neutral so it's about needing to learn what we need in order to get through these times and evolve. I'll look around to see if I can learn more about Neptune Opp. Sun. BTW, I was born in '74 too : - ). ------------------
