i've just been thru t.Sat squaring my Sun ..
( by direct/retro/direct )
mainly it was a case of a 'workload' to be undertaken ..
and i had to take measures against back-pain ..
( 'cause i did something i know i shouldn't )
which i did .. and it's worked out ok .. :-))
i.e. i found a healthy natural counter measure ..
which has paid off healthwise ( not just the back pain )
health issues often show up under t.Sat to Sun

my astrolger put it this way ..
a Saturn transit is like a teacher marking an exam ..
so ... to one's Sun .. it's like a test to one's Self ..
if one passes the test .. then no problem ..
if not .. then there's work to be done ..

you could try looking at past transits of sat to sun ..
