In short; Some degree of sopistication and grace  . This is one placement that really has an affinity with the formal setting; Evening dresses, lavish environments, you get the picture Lol!However, at the same time, the person can't be too stuck up for if he/she is there would be no room for further developement. Venus in Libra ppl are kinda... picky. They are quite socialable with everyone and make a lot of friends but when it comes to mates... Oh its gonna take em a while to settle down with what they would consider the "perfect" one. IP: Logged |

I have nVenus in Libra, 11th house...and have to say for me, grace and good taste are very important for me. Pretentiousness in a person drives me nuts and turns. me. off. Flashy and showy and I run the other way. Same with loud and crude. But I like fun, different and interesting (must be my Aquarius Moon) people, outside the mold. In men, pretty boys are boring to me. Beauty in either sex is great, but if there's no depth or soul behind the face, forget it. Take time to understand me (because I will do the same for you) and we will have no problem.I like to feel connected to people and have common interests, not everything, but something in common. A certain amount of refinement or sophistication in a person is a strong attraction (as long as it doesn't border on arrogance) but that could also be my Sag Sun talking. and ya don't have to be perfect. as superficial as it sounds - beauty and elegance is the kay word for us Libra Venuses.
Witty, playful, intelligent dialog on a glass of chilled white wine..
Tastefully dressed is a must. Sporty or classy or urban - all fine with me as long as he does not mix jeans with sneakers and a shirt.
I fall for metrosexual type of guys.

I have Venus in Libra conjuncting my Moon in Libra in the 3rd house.I love languages, writing, literature (3rd house).
I am extremely "other oriented" (Moon in Libra emphasized by Venus in Libra), i.e. my well being comes from everybody around me feeling good about their lives. This is a very sincere trait - I go a long way to try to help others feel better (usually through listening and advicing). I am not in balance is something is not okay. It's a daily struggle to keep the balance, but with this strong Libra influence I simply have to do it. I cannot hold grudges; I can fight as my Mars is in Scorpio, but in the end it's all about balance and compromise and peace. My surroundings have to be nice looking (Libra in Venus). I like things (and my men) to look nice and smell nice.
The beauty of nature, architecture, music, high quality clothes - all that is very important to me. I concentrate on the beautiful in life - I breathe it. My keywords are Love and Peace. IP: Logged |

In general, I will say that for men with Libra in Venus, it takes them longer to "choose", as it were. At least from a relationship standpoint. From what I've seen it's sort of a grass-is-always-greener thing.It seems to me they like intelligence. That's something that really turns them on, even physically. Again, from what I have observed. And really, in relationships, they like to keep the peace. I have found that, their Mars notwithstanding, they will try to make things better if there is an argument. I think perhaps that the biggest consistency I have seen is what I've already mentioned: the see-saw with choice. I guess I'm not so sure about the women I know with their Venus in Libra. (Do I know any??) Maybe I'll go have a look at my astro-list and see if I find this as true for the women as I do for the men IP: Logged |

I have venus Libra in the 1st conjunct ascendant and mars. As far as qualities I seek in another, I'd have to agree with Love; intelligence and wit are key factors. Also, a person with a sense of *ease* about them, laidback types particularly. Surprisingly men that act too charming or are socially flighty are a turn off. I think people with a prominant venus have a good bull$hit detector mostly because they are such good bs'ers themselves...
At least for me, I don't find overly charming people attractive, but at the same time I've been guilty of putting on an act. IP: Logged |

Yeah, I sort of think that Venus in Libra people need to find what fits them best and then learn to keep choosing it until it very clearly does not fit. Otherwise they can get caught up in the back-and-forth motion of changing their minds. It's when they connect with their heart-source (or their gut/intuition/deepest knowing/fill in the blank) that I think they will feel ready to "choose". I think it's about faith in that. Natural beauty, no vanity nor emptiness - inner beauty is very important as well.. also, cuteness, femininity (for guys), good manners/intelligence.. a simple, fresh and pretty smile as well.. someone that is charming in talks.. that's my guessing.. ^_^IP: Logged | |
