The watery chart can mean spiritual on the bright side, but religiously fanatical on the dark side..

For instance, a watery person who is spiritual but not a religious fanatic.. would probably see sex as a positive and deep experience between two people.. whereas one who reads the bible word for word and thinks he will literally burn in hell unless he marries you first.. might have a 'slight' issue with the physical side of life – this isn’t unusual with Pisces placements.

It depends on the aspects in his chart as well. I have Mars sextile Pluto which is supposed to mean that I'm pretty open and at peace with the sexual side of life.. My Venus and Neptune are thrown into the mix so I'm also pretty happy about attraction, sex.. the physical body, both male and female. I think it's all beautiful and I genuinely have 'love' for the act lol

I find that people who have this whole guilt problem attached to sex.. usually have an issue with animals as well.. They don't want to accept that they are part animal.. They probably don't love animals much either - in my experience anyway. They either mistreat them or ignore them and act like they are much beneath us – intelligent/non-sexual humans

I think most of us would find it a tad unusual if say a gorilla or an ape had sex and then went into a corner and started crying about it.. I don't know.. Personally, I believe this whole guilt/sex attachment is sooooooooo religiously induced and not spiritual/genuine or biologically REAL in the slightest. It's just made up crap to create more non-existent problems

As an Aquarius, he might like to read more about sex and the whole politics surrounding the issue.. It might clarify things for him.. as to *why* he feels this way. It's definitely not because he is a male homosapien.. so I'm sure there are other reasons he could look into, such as upbringing? his media intake? religion? etc etc (after all the guiltier you feel, the less sex you have, the more porn mags you buy.. someone somewhere is always cashing in)

Also, sweety don't be shocked because he ain't the first person - and he most definitely won't be the last person - who feels this way about sex. It's not his fault.. but he doesn't know that. A lot of people just go along with whatever views are shoved down their throat without analyzing at all.
