Well spotted Def. Political disagreements, and 'bickering' might be linked to this kind of line up. The combination of Mars in Cancer and Moon in Scorpio (both awful placings) on a worldwide level i think deepens unease in situations where there have been wars and political unrest.
As far as the weather goes it might mean it will be pi$$ing down alot in England, which is inconvenient for me, because the Golf Course gets shut alot at that time of year if there's excessive rain.
Please also note that Sagittarius has no Fall planets. Owned. Only that North Node cr@p, and that doesn't mean jack!
