Ok so first I notice that your charts complement each other - there are a lot of planets in opposition.Next, I see you have tons of aspects, which basically equals spiritual glue. Good or bad aside, you guys have lots going on between you, which definitely creates sustained interest.
There are lots of harmonious aspects, lending easy understanding and agreement. Then, I see there are a few quincunxes, which are somewhat tense, though they also create interest.
I see lots of conjunctions and oppositions. These aspects allow clear lines of sight between your planets. The conjunctions indicate natural empathy, the oppositions indicate that your planets take opposite approaches to the same things. How you guys balance this is up to you. It can be confrontational or complementary.
Finally, I look at where your planets fall in each others houses. The blue/inner person's planets fall in the outer person's 8th, 9th, 10th, and 11th houses. These are visible/public houses, indicating that when the inner person is with the outer person, the inner person feels more conspicuous. Planets in the outer person's 8th and 9th houses will feel more interdependent and reactive when with the outer person, while those in the 10th and 11th houses will feel more self-reliant, independent, and self-initiating when around the outer person.
The inner persons planets aren't in particularly romantic or sexy houses, but they do indicate a desire to explore mysteries with the outer person, share resources, expand horizons, be involved in career goals, and share wishes and hopes with them.
The outer/red person's planets fall in the inner person's 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th, and 11th houses. All of these houses, except the 11th, are private, other-oriented houses. This indicates that the outer person feels private, less conspicuous, interdependent, and reactive with the inner person. Planets in the 3rd house will be motivated to communicate, those in the 4th might want to establish a sense of home and belonging, those in the 5th want to have fun with this person (recreation, creative activities, sex), and those in the 6th want to work with this person. At least, those are some possibilities with these houses. Planets in the inner person's 11th house will feel more conspicuous, self-reliant, independent, and self-initiating when around this person. They will be motivated to share hopes and wishes and group fun with this person.
Finally, I see that the inner person's Mars and Saturn are conjunct the outer person's MC. They may feel motivated to be a part of this person's career, or attracted to their achievements and power. They may work to help with their career aspirations. And, I see that the inner person's Sun and Mercury are conjunct the outer person's Vertex. This indicates that the inner person fits the outer person's subconscious ideal partner (the DC is who we consciously want).
Here's the breakdown of in-sign aspects (that is aspects that are in orb and in the right sign for that aspect).
