Perhaps there are other things going on that you aren't focused on.

If you say "Hey everyone, Saturn is on my Sun, and I don't feel anything" No one will know , or at least be able to take into account exactly how far away Saturn is from your Sun, or, if there are any other things happening that you might not be aware of
(perhaps you don't own an astrology software program?)

Anyway, my point is, is that theoretically, your question is damn near unanswerable, if you don't provide at least your birthday (i.e. month,day and year)

Transiting sun conjunct your natal Pluto in Libra...with Venus as the ruler of your 4th house...may have a bit to do with your desire to "transform" aka redecorate your surroundings.

Transiting Venus/Saturn conjunct your natal sun in the 2nd house...ruled by Mercury and sextile transiting Mercury in Scorpio (there's transforming Pluto again) in the 4th gives you a practical outlet to make these changes in a productive way.

I'm sure that adds to the feeling of being productive!

Saturn is not exact on your Sun yet, so it’s good that you are being productive now, but you did mention that things are going so slow. The slowing down is Saturn’s domain. When Saturn finally does reach your Sun, listen to Saturn when he says it’s TIME to STOP. You may not need to hear him say it first, you might just feel it. It’s possible that your system may feel weaker than usual. Give yourself that time that you need. Do not push it.

Not only that, Pluto is about to square your Saturn for the 3rd and final time. In reference to that I would ask you about your work environment, if you work out of the house and how are the cooperation dynamics around your employment. It is suggested that there has been a lot of hard work and possibly a loss in reference to your work or health within the last 9 or 10 months. This could be the final echo of all of that. There’s no way for me to know without your disclosure of what went on within these months. When Saturn does finally conjunct your Sun, my suggestion would be to take it easy for your health’s sake. Make sure that you are doing the necessary things to keep your health strong for that period of time, either you or your spouse.

That all sounds terrific. You know, maybe Pluto is finished with it's process. It's not easy to tell but when an outer planet hits a natal planet or point in your chart 3 times, forward-retrograde-forward again, you don't really know which time or times it's going to affect you. It sounds like it won't be affecting you during it's last forward motion hit. That's how it works a lot of the time. And yes, hopefully it's that Jupiter-Moon trine that is helping you out here. I love Santa-Jupiter-Claus.

Now, the positive of Saturn could just be that it is bringing you financial rewards because you have been organized with your financial process or it is in the process of helping you to organize. Saturn is not always the bad guy. Saturn rewards you when you've been following the rules or telling the truth or just being organized, so kudos to you for Saturns rewards. Saturn also rules business and admistrative energies, and hopefully Saturn will emphasize strong health instead of weak health. I love when Saturn is the positive mentor, he rocks, literally.
