Libra rising produces a rounded, ovate head that is normally smallish unless altered by planets or other factors. Even the chin tends to be rounded and with a dimple or cleft.(Yep that's me except I think I have a moon face)

The energy is initiating and persuasive, people smart and people-pleasing, aesthetic and tactile, more cerebral than its fiery counterpart, Aries. The voice can be especially soft or smooth (unless fire factors significantly energize things).(No clue here)

The eyes and mouth are generally well-shaped and attractive, even if they are not models or beauty queens. (Mouth is cool I am not sure about the eyes)

The eyes are generally light, and in Caucasians can be of mixed color (blue-green).(I think my eyes are very dark brown though I keep being told I have a greenish cast to them.I bet I'm getting cataracts lol)

The skin is normally smooth, soft, and complexion good.(This part is true.)

One characteristic that can often determine a genuine Libra rising is a swayback. It is as if they are holding back their vulnerabilities and it becomes a permanent posture.(I definitely slump when I'm not paying attention)

Another contrasting feature with Scorpio is that the shoulders tend to be more rounded or the body lighter boned. (I have shoulders like a line backer but a small waist)

They have good taste and want to enjoy the good life.(Definitely true at times)

These people are lovers and people-oriented, initiating friendships easily. (NOPE!)

Their charm and easy-going approach to people makes an impression. However, many are either indecisive or changeable, or love to argue for kicks.(I hate arguing)

The women especially will adorn themselves and know how to increase their attractiveness with bangles, jewelry and clothing. (I tend to like suits but frilly clothes work too)

Jupiter/Venus make me eat A LOT of everything(especially sweets) but I don't put on weight that quick. I also look thinner than I actually weigh. My torso is bony but the lower half is quite fleshy. I've a squarish face ending in a mutable V with small features, high cheekbones, sharp jawline, broad shoulders, am curvy & have 2 dimples in each cheek. I've a snub nose, somewhat like Wayne Rooney's & thick eyebrows that I've to shape every month.
Hair on the head's thick, dark & dry. Lower part is curly. I like to wear it short. Skin tans & blushes quickly, otherwise it's clear. Lolz. I've a tattoo on my left ankle & recently read that the ankles are ruled by Uranus.

You write there a lot about Libra ASC. Most of that is true for me, except the eyes. My eyes are brown.
I have curly hair (now more, because by hot weather my head and hair are sweating).

I think, on the first place are ASC, ruler of ASC and aspects. After that come all conjunctions. Jupiter conj. ASC rules Sagittarius (I have nothing from Sagi); Jupiter gives well mannered people (aristocratic, before), what belongs to me.

One thing about Uranus conj. Asc is a unique, offbeat appearance, which is totally true. I'm kind of boho-chic, with glasses, and huge, densely curly dark brown hair that I typically wear in a fro. I would imagine that my appearance, while not ugly, is really eccentric. I find that people sometimes look at me with curiosity, or I'm often approached or smiled at.
