Topic: easy question i hope.

i've been off and on with my pisces boy for almost 2 years now, and we've never been able to find his birth time. apparently in virginia they don't print them on the birth certificates.anyways, the question is...is there anywhere else i can go to find his birth time? a friend and i guessed his rising sign to be either pisces or aquarius, as he's quite a character. also, his birthday is february 23, 1985. born in manassas virginia. if anyone is willing to give it a guess, i can post some links to pictures, or give a description! in his pictures, he looks just like a pisces though. any help would be greatly appreciated, it's just so frustrating! thanks everyone! ------------------

In Virginia, as well as every state within the United States- hospitals, doctors midwives, parents, ect. are required to submit this information of birth. This information is for whats called a "registration of birth" this document first goes to the county health department and then to the State office of Vital Statisics. All this happens before a birth certificut is issued, The information from this document is what is used to create a valid birth certificut with the state seal.
Different states often choose not to place all the vital statistics of a birth upon the certificut itself as it seems to clutter it up. [pulse rate, forcep use, etc.] sometimes even omitting birth time or height and weight.He can obtain a copy of the original document called Registration Of Birth from the county health department in the county in which he was born. If the county name is not remembered or you are unable to contact them. You may obtain a copy from The State of Virginia "Office of Vital Statistics" though this route takes a few weeks rather than a few days to locate the records.

thanks yfis.i think that's how we got his last birth certificate, but maybe i'll do a little more searching into it. do you know what times are for what rising signs? is there a site on that? i thought i saw one on here once, but can't seem to find it again. i really want to look into our synastry, as i do that for all of my friends, it's just so frustrating especially when it's a partner! gah! thanks for the info though, i'll definitely look into it! ------------------
