I posted this in the universal Code section also, I'm sorry if i posted it in the wrong section.

i'm just a little spooked anyway This has been a stange weekend for me, anyway I was driving home and as I approached a cat was sitting there right in the middle of the road.

I know it must have came from the left side of the road.

It then walked back to were it came from, on the left, but it didn't completly cross from the left side of the road to the right side.

Am i cursed? I hope it doesn't have anything to do with work, i just started a new parttime job on the weekends and i've found out theres been so many death there... i work the nights there.

According to astro.com I'm suppose to become more intutive over this time period.

If you are refering to a cat crossing the road partially then going back... Then no, absolutely not! It's a friggin cat. One out of 12 cats are black in color, this is a very natural shade for a cat. Walking across the street, even sitting smack in the center is a very natural event for a cat. The street pavement is warm and a desireable path to a cat. It's where a cat is most likely to be seen struttin' his stuff for other cats in the neighborhood, LOL!

Well I'm sorta fighting myself right now, one part of me is saying its just a cat the other side of me is thinking maybe theres more.

If you have telephone poles, trees, shrubs, or grass anywhere in the area my guess is you also have birds.

The next time you see a black cat while driving, do this: Gently pull over to the side of the road and call the little kitty over. Talk sweet to it, pet it, love it, and then go on about your merry way. You now should have aquired a new friend as well as lessened your previous fear of this superstition someone shared with you.

You know I just thought this was real interesting cos where I come from (anglo background) a black cat crossing your path is GOOD luck! If I see one in front of me I will it to keep going and then like YFIS, I feel extremely blessed if it lets me pet it. I've even owned 3 black cats throughout my life - I love 'em, they're my favourite

To me, ANY cat crossing your path is a good omen!
Unless you run over it of course.
Also if you do the following make sure kitty is clear of your car before you move, and is not under it!

Too easy to run them over after doing that, because often they will go under the car.
