He reminds me a bit of Leo.. because of the bushy eye brows when he is older.. and when he is young he could look slightly like a lion cub - cat like.. do you think so? Maybe it's just me lol I definitely see the Virgo influence with him, so the Ascendant doesn't overshadow that. It's a very slight Leo influence. If it's conjunct his Mercury (in Leo) it could give him Gemini traits as well - since everyone said Gemini. IP: Logged
Sarai unregistered	posted October 31, 2007 03:47 PM Hey everyone, To those that see Gemini rising, where are you looking for that? Is most of this going by intuition? I can see the Leo... but personality-wise (in real life), I feel like his Virgo would be stronger. He's an actor, of course, but he's definitely not flamboyant in any way (as far as I can tell). I think he could be Leo with the bushy brows but someone mentioned that bushy brows could also be a trademark of Gemini or Cancer rising. Was I completely off with Aquarius rising then? sarai IP: Logged

Has Joaquin's ascendant sign been placed or guessed because it's not to be found online. He and Joaquin both have the bushy brows, the dark mop of hair (which always seems to be covering some part of their forehead - LEO?) and that staunch expression on their faces at premieres. And is it just me or are the lips similar too? They sort of seem pouty... but not really. IP: Logged

He has an interesting face, especially when he was young. I mean, I can technically see Leo as his rising sign but he doesn't have anything that appears "cat-like" to me. And if there's one thing about Leo risings, it's they appear like cats, or act like them. Henry Thomas seems to be downplaying his appearance. I'd imagine with a Leo rising he would be more GQ. I've noticed that many Aqua males have larger ears and noses (in proportion to their head) as children, but they "grow into them" as adults. I've also seen lots of Aqua kids with freckles and that coloring and their hair darkens and freckles disappear as they grow older...kinda weird. Could be wrong though! But yeah, Aquarius rising really could fit. The brows could indicate Leo but I just don't see it in his personality... even slightly. It just doesn't come out to me. I am still leaning on Aquarius rising because I expect a Leo rising to be more.. well, LEO, but then again he's Virgo sun and venus; his mars is Aqua, though....hmmm... which would mean he's more toned down. Unfortunately they don't have his birth time, so this doesn't help with guessing the Ascendant, but I noticed that he has Sun in Virgo and Mercury in Leo just like Henry Thomas. A nice... coincidence. Anyway, I'd guess Scorpio rising, but there seems to be something airy about him too. IP: Logged
