heart cakes - I know very little about progressions, so if someone on this thread knows how to use them, please chime in. But from what I have read about them, I think of them as a supplement to the natal chart. The natal chart is the stable foundation--you'll always be someone who has her Venus in Sag--but the progressions could modify how your Sag Venus operates.
I think you have a great idea to do synastry with and apply transits to your progressed chart. I haven't done that yet, but I'm curious about what that will reveal. I have looked at many progressed composites and found them accurate overall.

Almost An Angel - Taurus? I should've known. The men I'm attracted to often have a Taurus Sun or asc. (Taurus is on my Dsc.) I didn't suspect GB to have that rising sign though. My boyf in hs was a Scorpio with Taurus Rising, good combo.
I'm skeptical about the birth time's accuracy though. Why would he share his birth time with a photographer? It's funny imagining how that would even come up during a photo session. But considering how attractive I find him, Taurus is a likely bet since that sign is my weakness.

Mine is Avril Lavigne. Her Sun sits on my asc exact! And my saturn is on her dsc with 1 deg orb dunno what that means (probably something important since I have 7 planets in Cap). All my Cap planets also fall in her 5th. But I just think she is so beautiful and she has a voice that melts my heart. I suggest to listen to the song Innocence
