I'm trying to teach myself this - it's tricky, aint it?!  I was wondering if there's any seasoned Magi experts here on Lindaland that could help me with my studies sofar. I'd really appriciate it!!! Here is mine and my partners synastry - s'alright I spose!!!  From what I have worked out (and I am a dopey Taurus, so bear with me!!!) We have a couple of Chiron linkages. Both our Chirons are conjunct (whatever that means!) and his Chiron is conjunct my Venus, Sun and North Node (just about with my NN!). I'm not entirely sure what else qualifies..... I've been reading up about Cinderella transits (basically, Chiron in good aspect to Venus, Jupiter and Neptune) and we think we've picked a wedding date that might hold some nice ones.  From what I can see here, Chiron is conjunct both Jupiter and Neptune and trine Venus. That's pretty good right?! I mean the chart is far from perfect, (a bit too much red for my liking!) but no chart is perfect so hey ho! Plus - we'd love to get married in the Autumn - especially around fireworks night, so that we can have a display. It's a very personal time for us. I guess what I'm asking is have I been looking at these Cinderella linkages properly? Is it a good chart and are there any heartbreak clashes, as I'm not sure. Anyone have more of a clue than dopey here?!  Ta folks!!! IP: Logged |

For some reason , this posts feels like a setup But, if not, I should point out that the Magi use a 3 degree orb for all 30 degree aspects (unless they're involve in SYMETRICAL planetary geometry..like a Grand Trine, or YOD perhaps) They also use the parallels and contra-parallels within an orb of 1.2 degrees (that's in decimal form..not 1 degree and 2 minutes, i'm not sure exactly how they mathematically translate to each other, or, at least, I don't care to figure it out right now) I should also point out, that if this is an attempt to "mock" anything I've said here, then you should be prepared to receive the same in return, except, without the cute 'lil smiley faces.

On a lighter note, I hardly consider myself a "seasoned Magi astrologer" either. I sometimes just get "impressions" of peoples true natures that I just can't shake...(Still, I admit those "impressions" could be wrong, But..I've not got much to lose in this situation, so, i'll stick to my 1st impression IP: Logged |

Well thank you very much for your input - I appreciate it very much. I did not know that magi astrology only uses orbs of 3 degrees so that's valuable information. That rules out the rather wide Venus-Chiron trine, (which is a bummer), but it still keeps the nice close conjunctions with Jupiter and Neptune.As for this post being a setup I am curious to know why on earth you'd think that?  I'm confused as to why you think I might be mocking something you've said as I don't recall conversing with you on this forum before. It's a shame your "first impression" of me isn't a good one but there you go - you win some you lose some. No offense, but you seem a little paranoid. If you ever come across any of my older posts, you'll see that my fiancee and I have been engaged since May and are currently looking for the perfect date to tie the knot so that we can start planning. If you read them, be warned, though. They can be VERY condescending towards other forms of astrology. You really have to make an effort to look through this and only see the astrology behind their philosophy.
