Here is my chart.
This July I met Cap girl (transiting North node conjucting my Moon).
We broke on 23rd October. I thought it is only permanent because of Retrograde Merc, but it seems to me that she won't return. I have strong emotions, but I must let them go. Or Am I wrong?

I'm not a synastry expert, but I'll try to have a look at your chart and transits this weekend. Do you have her birth stats too, beyond that she's a fellow Cappy?

Well, I gave her chance to broke contact with me, because she is stubborn and resolute, but she is not doing that.
Last words: "I will call you". If I heard such words before I will say it is BS, but not from this kind of woman.
She said I came too strong, plus, she have problems on the job.

Took a look at the charts….. have you done so yourself?? You will have noted her Moon/Eros conjunct your Sun in the 1st, in fact, five of her planets fall in your 1st house. Your Saturn in her 7th could be off-putting, or be the glue of the relationship. Her Sun quincunxes your Saturn with less than a 3-degree orb. I see that one as either a Wet Blanket (from her POV), or for emotionally mature natives, the gift of Stability if adjustment and tolerance are practiced. Your Moon makes only a couple of minor aspects to her chart – none to personal planets – and the main aspect is a quincunx to her Jupiter/Saturn conjunction in Libra. Her Moon is conjunct your Sun, but that’s its only aspect to anything in your chart. Moon conjunct Sun is a really comfortable and warm association – there are a couple Pisces fellas at my work that I feel like I've known for lifetimes whose Suns conjunct my Moon, but in my experience that aspect needs help from other planets to segue into a romantic relationship – and it gets that help from your Venus trine her Pluto and your Pluto square her Sun – a couple of magnetizing aspects that you can read up on. It’s possible for the Sun-person to feel “controlled” by the unconscious power of the Pluto-person, even when the Venus-Pluto trine is also there going the other way.

I am no expert at synastry analysis, but it just seems that there isn’t a whole lot in the synastry chart pulling or holding you two together for the Long Haul. When she says she will call you, then that’s probably what she means, and I think you’ll have to be content with that….. With Neptune on your Asc (opp your Dsc), it is possible that you may not have seen the relationship in the same way that she did (your Sun falls in her 11th house).

It might be a relief for you when tPluto finally gets out of orb of your nMars and the push to transform yourself wanes Trouble is, it'll conjunct your Sun in a few years :-\ But you have a bunch of Jupiter transits coming up – I would look forward to those, and let the Cappy lady go her way. If she returns, then you have another chance to test the relationship waters, and if she doesn’t ever call you, then it wasn’t meant to be Speaking from the POV of Aquarian energies (her Asc, my Dsc) we need to be intimate friends with our possible romantic liaisons for quite some time before we are willing to progress to other types of deeper intimacy
