I know there have been some discussions on the board recently about Juno and whether the traditional definitions (marriage) are more accurate than those of the Magi Society(mistress/sex).I used to think that Juno was all about marriage until my last three relationships. All of the dudes had the same birthday, but in different years so of course their Juno placements were all different.
The first guy has his Juno conjunct my Karma asteroid (and Pluto). The second guy has his Juno conjunct my Saturn. And the third guy has his Juno conjunct my North Node.
I am starting to wonder about dependable, old, marriage-worthy Juno. Three strikes and you're out. (Especially conjuncting the North Node! I mean come on! Throw me a frickin' bone!!)
So, transiting Juno is about to conjunct my natal Vertex and then in December transiting Saturn will conjunct my natal Juno just as it goes stationary retrograde.
To be honest, I feel like I might be able to look forward to being someone's mistress or else some pretty decent sex and that's about it. I think I've fallen off of the Juno-marriage train.
Ouch.
