Hi everyone!

Has anyone in here ever had a significant long-lasting relationship involving Sun square/opposition Uranus in synastry?

If so, could you share your experience of how this aspect manifested and how you felt about it? (I know... it's hard to isolate the aspects from the rest of the comparison)

It has a bad rep about the Uranus person being kind of absent (hard to be around) or negatively unpredictable/unstable.

I've been asked my thoughts on a possible relationship where the woman's Uranus squares the man's Sun.
Do you think her Saturn trining his Sun could compensate the eventual instability the Sun/Uranus aspect could produce? Composite chart is good and has no Sun/Uranus contact. Rest of the synastry is very good too.

Thanks

I had to check. Nope. We don't have that one. I think our composite Sun receives squares from Pluto and Uranus.

Hi Kamots

Me and my nf have that one in a 4ºorb and a sextile in a 0orb.

Well its hard to isolate one aspect in fact but i can say that maybe that aspect is there because we are in a long distance relationship and so separations are usual between us :P - but the pasrt they say its unpredictable and not committed and the relationship is only about freedom and insecure..not really at all the truth.

Weve been together for a year and 6 months ( the time we met since) so its not long term yet - but its definatelly strong, secure and committed - specially the distance we feel it but whenever we are together its like we are more bonded

It deppends of the whole chart - it tells a history that cant be told by just one aspect

He is the Uranis person but i dont feel at all absent - he ´s in fact the one who says to me that i am unpredictable in actions :P

Look also for the Magi aspects there

AG, how does that composite Uranus play out in your relationship?

Diandra, I'm glad your relationship is going fine, despite the distance My question to you is, do you have the Sun aspected to Uranus in your composite?

PS: The thread is about synastry, but I always check the composite too. I'm hoping a relationship can be stable and reliable (with Sun/Uranus synastry) if the composite doesn't have hard aspects involving Uranus.

Hi I had this aspect very strong with my last guy but the bad news is he was married although he said unhappily. Anyway, he did leave his wife and we were happy together for a while but then one day out of the blue he picked up his stuff and went back.. We also had an exact venus-chiron conjunction as well as chiron-sun and chiron-jupiter trines. I was uranus and was opp his sun but HE was the one that left suddenly and without warning (my uranus was opp his venus aswell). I have been hurting a lot thinking of him being with her again but that will teach me for going for someone unavailable I guess...

I'm in a significant relationship with some strong saturn links in synastry (actually great synastry IMO) and hard aspects with uranus in the 1st squares sun and moon in the composite, however uranus is trining saturn and mars and there is a trine of moon/neptune/jupiter. So, it will be interesting to see how it plays out. I'm sure it will be unusual. I'm hoping it lasts since saturn is involved, but you never know. It will probably open my mind about a lot of things.

In synastry, my uranus is squaring his sun, and oppsing his saturn, but he's the one who has to be gone for his job during certain times. That might switch in the future. Natally, we both have hard aspects between venus and uranus, so it might be the ideal relationship for us both in our development right now. Regular relationships where I see someone every day bore me to tears.

Anyway, With all the hard aspects with uranus in the composite and sun moon square, it's got me worried.

Hi Kamots

well natally i have my Uranus skuare my venus/sun and my bf has his sextile venus/sun(he´s an aquarian moon).

I guess that helps the skuare between our uranus/sun in sinastry 8on dealing better with it)

Well in composite regarding uranus we have uranus skuare venus and skuare AC also - receives trine from Moon and sextiles from mars/mercury

Í think Uranus adds unpredictability as well as excitement and aventure - thats not so negative as we might think;it depends on how as both individuals are and act in the relationship- having trust, committment, care and let other have its space is essential

But you have got to look at the overall picture:for example in composite we also have good placements that somehow balance the more dificult ones:sun conj venus conj eros in th3 ast house; Venus conj AC;Kiron in the 10th trine sun/mer/mars and conj MC
