i have been trying to work out what these aspects in synastry mean and cannot find any info online. Can anyone help me please?

I have been infatuated with this man for over 20 years now and right now we are both single !

His vertex opposes my vertex
his vertex opposes my pluto
his vertex conjunct my Ascendant EXACT

My vertex conjunct his ascendant 1 deg
my vertex conjunct his uranus EXACT
my vertex square his MC 2deg

also to note:

My ascendant conjunct his mercury/venus EXACT

I would be so thankful for any help as my intuition tells me this is significant.

Do you know if these aspects are significant. It seems to me that the vertexs conjunct each others antivertexs AND the respective ascendants/descendants are pretty WOW.

I just don't want to get into another crappy relationship
