Transiting Saturn is squaring your Asc and nMoon – I suspect this is the culprit.
You also just finished your second Saturn Return last summer.
tNeptune is opposing your nSun and nMercury.
tMars is retrograding back over your nVenus.
tPluto is opposing your nUranus.
tChiron squared your NN over the past year and a half.

I can’t be certain of all the house placements here, but your 7th house holds much of Sagittarius (where Jupiter and Pluto will meet next week), and your nMoon is right on your Dsc….. Is your North Node in the 12th house or the 11th??

Planets were located in zodiacal constellations when you were born. Since the planets and the constellations and the galaxy itself are all moving, they do not stay in the same place as when you were born, except maybe some like Eris with an orbit of 400+ years. The movements of the planets are called "transits." Your Venus was at 06 degrees Cancer when you were born. Since you were born, it has returned to its natal position -- made a complete circuit of the Sun -- dozens of times, as its orbit around the Sun takes about 225 days. Mars orbits the Sun in about 684 days, and (unless retrograde) spends around a week aspecting a natal planet. An Ephemeris will tell you how long a transiting planet stays at a particular degree. There's an Ephemeris for 6000 years at astro.com that tells you the position of each planet at noon of every day of each of those 6000 years.

I think that transiting Saturn, which is squaring both your Ascendant (Rising sign) and Moon -- which are 180 degrees apart or "opposed" -- is *one* of the reasons for your "messed up love life."
