Topic: Has anyone ever experienced this...???

I like trying to guess people's signs. However, whenever I do this I almost always guess their signs to be opposite of where they actually are.Like for instance ... *I know a girl whose birthday I didn't know. I guessed her to be a Taurus. Later I found out that she in fact was a Scorpio. Then I tried to guess her Moon as well ... my guess was a Gemini Moon. When I found out her birthday it turned out that she in fact has a Sagittarius Moon.
*I guessed a guy I know to have a Scorpio Ascendant. After I found out his birthtime it turned out that he in fact has Taurus rising.
*I guessed another guy I know to have a Gemini Ascendant. When I found out his exact birthtime it turned out that he has a Sagittarius Ascendant.
*I didn't know my dad's birthtime for quite some time. But I always guessed him to have Capricorn rising. Recently I've found out his birthtime ... and now guess what ... he has Cancer rising. It's kinda weird I think that I ALWAYS guess the placements to be opposite of where they really are. How about you??? Can you guess people's signs or do you have the same problem like me??? ------------------

I have yet to guess anyone's sun sign correctly. I SWORE (would have bet a lot of money) that my boss was a Scorpio. She was a Capricorn! I was devastated. I am TELLING you that she MUST have a Scorpio rising or moon.I have guessed correctly at people's Rising and Moon signs however. For some reason, I can pick up on those really well. ------------------

Asc. in Sagittarius
Moon in Virgo
Mercury in Libra
Venus in Scorpio
Mars in Leo
Jupiter in Libra
Saturn in Libra
Uranus in Scorpio
........

I guess Mercury placements really well, and sometimes Venus. I've often guessed the Sun sign wrong only to find out that what I guessed was their Sun was actually their Merc placement.I'd be interested to hear other's take on why you guess the exact opposites though, sounds interesting! I've only really tried to guess someone's sign a few times..and I have been right about the Sun sign. I saw that my great-aunt had decorated her xmas-tree-shaped cookies perfectly, and I remembered that her house is spotless and tidy. I asked if she was a Virgo, jokingly, and she said Yes I've guessed a friend's Aries sun, and somehow I can spot Sagittarians quickly. ------------------

Mens sun signs are always easier to guess. Esp. Leos and Taurus. Aries and Virgos to some degree. Women are harder. I can recognise some fellow Scorpio women, cause when they're around me there's a strange vibe. As if the room is not big enough for more than one Scorpio female. lol I don't know if that's just me. I made a mistake more than once and mistook Virgo women for Pisces women. Aquarius women I can recognise relatively easy. The ones I've met have a very unique fashion sense. IP: Logged |

This happens to me ALL THE TIME. I've noticed that signs opposite one another... AND ASC as well... oftentimes look alike.I have a Libra friend and I used to work with a girl who was her spitting image. Turned out that she was an Aries!! So yeah, I know about this too!!! Sarai  IP: Logged |

I can "guess" [feel] if someone has Gemini/Aquarius/Capricorn/Pisces in their charts, it can be their sun, moon, venus or rising as well.IP: Logged |

I usually can guess people's moon signs a little quicker than I can their sun signs. Generally speaking though, I'm pretty good at guessing both sun and moon signs. I can occasionally guess a rising sign, but it's not as common. Usually I practice by trying to guess movie stars signs and people who I'm acquainted with but not close to. I've gotten fairly accurate in recent years, but it also depends on the sign, because I've had more exposure to certain genders of certain signs. Also, I agree with Green Fairy... Part of it is feeling the energy of the person. Maybe, SagSun, what you're sensing is the modality and axis of the sign more than anything else, which is why you get the opposite sign. I'm not so good at sensing the modality, unless they're a fixed sign, which lately I've been able to spot due to this unspoken sense of stubbornness (whether overt or covert). Usually when I try guessing what a person is, I start with the element I think they are and go from there. IP: Logged |
