I really like them! They're strong and sensual men.

But I find it very difficult to understand Taurus men. Help!

- I find them narrow-minded. It's like they're so simple. Give them food and home comfort and let's not forget about money, and they will be happy. Are they ever curious about things? No! Only about people, usually that curiousity for Taurus men is called jealeousy. Feels like they don't want to expand their knowledge. Why? It's boring to live like this!

- They're slow and stubborn. Why do they never try to think differently? Why do they like to conform? Don't they at least have an interest in why people have an opinion different from theirs?!

- And they like beauty, to the point where they appreciate woman's beauty more than her intellect and personality. It's a bit silly when you know that a Taurus man likes you but instead of asking you questions to get to know you, he's okay with just being with you and looking at you.

Why these Taurus men need so little in life???

Their "simplicity" is just a veneer because they are truly complex and there so MUCH more going on beneath the surface.

I could write reams, but I just don't have the energy. Suffice it to say, I have met wonderful Taurus men and truly evil Taurus men, but I have never met one that is just an easy going guy that would rather just conform. No, they are too intelligent for that and woe is the person that mistakes their appearance plodding along smelling flowers for anything other plotting another hostile financial take-over.

Most of the Taurus men I've known are incredibly deep. They are very picky as to who they let in and only share their insights with people whom they feel they can trust and who are worth the time and effort.

They can also be very perceptive, so chances are if you're thinking they are overly simplistic, they are picking up on your energy/preconceived idea based on their sun sign and not letting you in.

And, I'll add this before Zala bursts a blood vessel, please don't overgeneralize based on sun sign only. We are all very complex beings who are more than the parts of our sum...or "sumthing" like that!

They are affectionate, ROMANTIC, sensitive, caring, loving, very stubborn, one-sided opinion-wise, dominant, can have many talents (jack of hough they might enjoy a fling with an attractive person and remain faithful to her for quite some time, I think they tire and desire a woman with brains (and beauty). They really are very intelligent people and you can have very stimulating conversations with them...until you reach a point where they have developed their opinion - and stick to it! :P Conversation over!

I think if you're looking for the white-picket-fence-marriage, he's the guy for you.

No I didn't have anyone specific in mind. But I did notice that the bulls I knew, they were all made up of Taurus, Pisces and Cancer signs. They all liked to eat (Taurus), eat more (Cancer) and sleep (Pisces). How exciting!

He talks about food a lot. He's financially astute.

His guesstimate birthchart has 6 planets in the 2nd house. That includes 2 in Gemini - Mercury and Venus. Good at crosswords - and handling large budgets (in a professional capacity). There is humour, and wit.

You are very right about all these!!!!
I was married to a taurus for 15 years, my brother was a taurus and my first boyfriend was a taurus...please keep them AWAY from me ... far, far away!

But on the good side theya re so simple that if you know yourself and you know what you want they will get it for you so you can be happy, anything you want they will try to get it for you; if it is up to them though they willnot do anything , they'll just sit there in front of the TV doing nothing, until they get horny and they are extremely romantic and will cook and tend to you until they get what they want, I guess it is their way of showing love.

I really got bored with him... they can also be very addictive to things ... beer, cigarretes, porn , football etc. to a fault.

I need someone that will make me think and have some initiative.

I have to compliment all of you Taurus men. To me, despite the fact that I don't quite get you, you are what a real man should be: reliable, brave, masculine, strong, charming, sensual, a rock! Can't take that away from you. Of course you cannot be everything I want you to be and it's ok :) that's why I am trying to find the ways to learn you. And you know, one of the good things about you is that you are a lot easier to learn than other signs. At least one day I will know how to approach and handle you, with other signs, like Gemini for example, you never know.

BUT, at the moment I am far from understanding. My Taurus dad still doesn't trust me with his TV remote control :)

The only Taurus guy that has caught my eye has Mars in Scorpio .. and my Venus in Scorpio overlooks everything just for that

In my experience, Taurus men have been boring, stubborn, and never make me lusty (save the hot Mars above^)

edit: i forgot my best guy friend is a Taurus LOL! he's anything but boring but he is stubborn and doesn't turn me on ..for the record.
