Does having this aspect in synastry mean these two individuals would get pregnant very easily?

Are those aspects "easy" ones?

Generally, I would think that whether or not someone gets pregnant has more to do with current transits than with aspects in a synastry chart ... not sure though.

I'm no expert ... but I would say that a Moon/Mars conjunction and a Moon/Mars trine in synastry can be an indicator of an easy pregnancy when transiting Jupiter makes a favorable angle to either of those planets in the natal charts of the two people.
