I don't know if you are an astrologer so I don't know if you'll understand everything I'm saying but I'll explain it as best I can.

Transiting Saturn is currently in Virgo. It is squaring your Ascendant/Descendant Axis right now in addition to squaring your Moon. The Moon rules our emotions, it also has a part in ruling our female hormones SOMETIMES. When Saturn squares the Moon, it can suggest depression and loneliness. When it squares the Ascendant, it can suggest health issues. I have the exact same Ascendant as you at 8 degrees Gemini. When Saturn was exactly at 8*28 which is my Descendant, I caught a cold.

Looking at your age, it makes me wonder if you are going through a late stage menopause, women are going through it later these days. My Mother didn't go through it until her early 60's also. That might also be why you are feeling hyper-emotional when the Moon becomes full. It might be enhancing feelings of lonliness, some work issues and it's possible that some relationship issues are are being triggered.

Another hormonal type thing could be that your natal Venus is being sextiled by Saturn. That can also trigger hormonal issues as well, but my feeling is that the sextile energy of Saturn to your Venus could be helping the situation a little by helping to stablize the hormones. That's some of what I'm seeing.
