Hi,
some time ago someone posted a link to a chinese astrology site. I was able to find out that I was a water rabbit born with white metal dragon born on green wood day or something or other. I was even able to get a free reading for the year, month and day.

Does anyone know this site?

Interesting this is... Haven't seen too many threads on chinese astrology here, I suppose western astrology is far more popular. I know fairly little about chinese astrology myself, but I do find it very amusing to read! And I don't want to say I don't believe in it either, only that I don't understand it well.

Well anyways, I checked out the site (a good one that was!) and this is what I got:

"You are Black Tiger, born in the year of White Horse. The first character in DAY represents you. We can say you are a Water Tiger, too."

what about you, Azalaksh?

Or anybody else for that matter.

Green Fairy, are you sure? you may not be if you're born in the beginning of the year. Like the year I was born, the chinese new year's was to days before my bday (it was on february 4th). Had I been born 2 days before I was, I'd be a snake. Instead I'm what you'd call the "head of the horse". since I'm born so early in the chinese year or something. At least that's what my chinese friend told me=)

Not sure about that site ^ but I am a fire Tiger and I always thought it described my personality very well, for the most part. Wonder if there's any connection to that and my Sag. moon & Scorp. rising, because that is what the description sounds like. Hmm

2007 wasn't my greatest so I will be happy to see 2008 in. Not sure about the year of the Rat, but according to Raymond Lo:

It probably means you scarcely have a brain, and you go around clucking alot. Oh, and you get scared easily and run away from things. I'm no expert but i think i read that somewhere.

I'm just starting to get into Chinese astrology (been reading about it for about a year) and I like it almost as much as Western astro. I was born in an Earth Sheep year, so I'm what's known in China as a "Self-Reliant Sheep" (hence the screen name).

According to the site posted above, though, I'm a White Snake, born in an Earth Sheep year. Which sounds about right to me.
