What is the allowed degrees for a conjunction between vertex and pluto in a synastry chart?
I am a scorpio, he is a libra. my vertex conjuncts his pluto 2 degrees 30. Is this significant?

Yes I would say it is a significant synastry contact, and the orb is just enough to give it plenty strength

What is its mean? Pluto is my ruler but it is my vertex which is conjuncting his pluto.
Does vertex indicate karmic debts that I have to fulfill?
Does this conjunction mean anything romantically?
