does it mean your direction in life is frozen and you have to reevaluate the way you deal with people, or your tactics in life, or something like that? what are the usual sort of themes with this transit (the conjunction)? has anyone had this one?IP: Logged |

I had this transit in leo. I grew up alot and didn't even realize it until I came out of it on the other side. I didn't recognize myself anymore. In fact I feel a little stuffy compared to my former self. I also dealt with a lot of ridiculously irresponsible people at the time witch helped spur the change. I also had a lot of idealic images of my friends shattered. Though I did meet a stable partner, so it doesn't have to be all stodginess as I might have made it appear. That is all I can think of that stands out about that time for now.

FROZEN????? I don't see life as ever being frozen unless you're in a coma Saturn crossed my Asc at the end of last summer and it's still very close and getting closer (rx)..... My focus narrowed. I am taking only the really important people and things onward with me. Nothing has been as important as cleaning up the chaos in several areas of my life. My energy is devoted to streamlining my life -- throwing out things I don't need anymore, cutting ties with people who perhaps aren't very good for me..... I lost one friend whose values were not quite in sync with my own, but I had tolerated her quirks up until last November. I feel strong!! I've had moments/days of being down/depressed, but that happens *without* Saturn in my 1st house. But along with that strength comes exhaustion -- trying to do too much at once, too many things on my plate..... Saturn represents the part of our Self that metes out self-discipline, and God knows I could use some more of that Saturn is "helping" me restructure Who I Am -- a tweak here, a nip/tuck there..... This will be a very beneficial transit for me (that is, until late 2009 when it opposes my Moon, and 2010 when it squares my Venus ) Zala IP: Logged |

Frozen in only one respect and it's kind of funny now.2001 and 2002, Saturn crossed forward, backward and forward again over my ASC and I lived with a roommate who was a single mother, with her child and her mother. My room had a radiator in it that didn't work properly in the winter. Most nights it didn't work unless the temperature dipped below 15 degrees. Most nights I was freezing and we all had such a dislike for the landlord that I much rathered stay in the cold room under huge comforters than to have the guy come in and fix it. I became addicted to the book "The 48 Laws of Power" and "The 21 Laws of Leadership" Saturn rules power and leadership. And that knowledge came in handy on the day Saturn was conjunct my ASC for the 3rd and last time. I was secretly invited to a board meeting to blow the whistle on the founder of the foundation I worked for because he was abusing his power as a manager to one of his employees. I had more faith in myself than I ever had in my life. Saturn put me in the position to feel faith, empowered, authoritative, responsible and disciplinary. He wasn't fired from the foundation but his board forced him to do the right thing by his employees and made him take sensitivity training. Remember, Saturn isn't here to beat you up, Saturn is a tool for you to use or else Saturn can become the nun who hits you on the knuckles with a ruler. Yes, it has to be a nun. LOL!! gotcha ladies!!!well i am asking about someone who has it happening right now, not for myself. he has actually abused his power a LOT with folks (and just had his saturn return, leo in the 12th), and it seems like things are actually happening to stop him in his tracks. i realized yesterday that saturn on his asc may be responsible for this! that is what i meant by frozen, of course. oh gosh i love saturn. it's one of my favourites. and pluto. pluto is just now .5 degrees separating from my venus and you wouldn't BELIEVE the insights s/he brought me. excruciatingly intense and even painful, but WOW. i feel similarily about saturn. and my return is quickly approaching so i have to feel this way, don't i?
