hello! i just found out saturn will miss my 7th by few seconds on my next solar return...
this is wrong... the big malefic is going to be considered in the 7th house, as the 7th will be 3 10" virgo and saturn will be 2 52" virgo..
is an aspect i can t afford this year..
if i go somewhere else for my birthday can this position be changed effectively? thanks!

I traveled on my birthday. You have to leave another state or country to make a significant difference.

yes i was planning to go to the east coast..4 hours of plane ride...
but i would still get saturn in 5th instead of 7th and also moon in 7th squaring saturn.
besides i d get a stellium in 12th.but the great one would be jupiter conj. MC.
if i stay where i am i ll get saturn in 7th and the stellium in 1st house,,mars in 5th and pluto in 10th,,what would u pick?

You cant run away from your destiny...
Beside, Solar REturn chart should always interpret with the natal chart.

Plus, the SR chart is only shows the POSSIBILITY, just like the natal chart.

A stellium in the 1st shows that you have to concentrate on YOURSELF.

In my solar return a few years into the future i have my south node exactly conjunct my saturn AND my mars and my ceres opposed pluto. I don't even want to think about what these aspects could possibly imply. I suffered an enormous loss when pluto was conjunct my ceres before with my south node conjunct my MC, I didn't think my heart would survive it. I can't look into my future solar returns like this anymore, it scares the **** out of me sometimes. But bad things are inevitable in our lifetime and we just have to live them out, not up to us anyway. Good luck to you.

do asteroids count on solar returns?
me and the man who left me have ceres conjunct ceres at the same degree...
if this asteroid is so important maybe he ll be back..

Your question again:
quote:

In my opinion...
No, not unless you continue the entire year in that somewhere else place, LOL!

You see when you return to the original location those original influences will still be there.

This is exactly why people do relocation charts... In order to veiw the "Now" influences.

Tough call, Alia, as both Solar Return charts suggest some yucky mental disruption for you this year (to me). I'd take the plane trip, though. It puts Jupiter on the MC and keeps Saturn away from your descendant (which doesn't suggest good things for health or relationships in my eyes).

I do agree with those who've posted that you can't escape destiny, but I believe we are permitted to try to alter the form in which that destiny unfolds. I think trying to keep Saturn off that particular angle seems like a worthwhile and acceptable goal.

I would stay in your current location. I dont like the concentration in the 12th house. It looks ominous to be honest. You cant escape the 5th/7th Saturn aspects...both are basically the same in relationship terms..If I saw this in a SR chart, I would take it as a sign something significant is going to happen concerning love/relationships this year. Its not always bad, a lot of people get married when this is in a SR and transits.

Dont forget that you also have Pluto going into capricorn this year, trining venus loosely, also Jupiter will be trining your venus on and off, which will help a lot. Also, you will have jupiter going thru your 7th house in 2009(aquarius), with this 5th/7th emphasis(showing up in both charts) so strongly in your SR, and jupiter's presence, I think marriage will be very likely.

hi and thank you for both replies..
i was also inclined to stay since the concentration in 12th is really freaky...
and yes saturn in 7th doesnt look so tragic since sextiles mars in 5th after all....

I once visited an astrologer in NYC who specialized in traveling charts for maximizing solar returns. Checking my chart, he found the perfect spot for me, somewhere in the middle of the Pacific ocean. To get there, I would have to take a specific cruise and make sure the ship was going to be in this particular area on this particular day.

He said his (rich) clients had done it and had gotten excellent results.

I didn't have the financial resources at the time, so I didn't do it. Plus I was not convinced it was worth all the hassle.

Belage- Thats funny....how did he calculate what method would be good for his clients? Did you tell him what you wanted and he would look for it? or did he try to match the SR with transits for optimized results? Or did he search by what his idea of a good SR chart looked like? just curious here...Thats a little farfetched..Id never suggest literally middle of nowhere.(i know its not really middle of nowhere but you know what I mean)..

That is funny! Are you joking or is this realy what some people do??

I say stay with the one at home. I don't like that 12th house action either.

What happens if you go to mexico? lol...that would kill two birds with one stone. You'd get to lay by a pool and sip cocktails and (maybe) avoid a bad SR. Besides, it's close to AZ.

I like the saturn in the 7th, btw.

writesomething, I told him what I wanted (money and love, lol!!) and he said that if I stayed in NYC for my B-day, according to the solar return, I wouldn't get it, but if I was at a different location on that day and time, my rising sign and all my houses would shift which would allow certain planets and aspects to fall in houses more conducive to what I wanted.

I think his method has its merits, and I might have been willing to travel to a particular spot within the Continental US or even somewhere fun in Europe if it would guarantee money and love, hehe, but somewhere in the middle of the Pacific, heck no!!!! lol!

LadyNeptune, yeah, going to Mexico would have been fun!!

And I too like Saturn in the 7th. Properly used, it can signify serious and stable marriage.

yes i tried to see if mexico or hawaii would make a better chart,,,mexico was more about the same as az ... but miami and honolulu were real bad ones.
so i guess i stay at my location and work with what the stars have in for me...
i m also startin to think about sat in 7th as not too bad since it trines mars in 5th
...
i ll post follow up!!!
there are few things i mean to do this year:
sign up for piano lessons, a mediumship course, hypnosis for past life regression course, tai chi courses and a new family oriented business (food related)
