I know of mutual reception by the signs but is there such a thing as mutual reception by the houses?!

For example: Sun in Cap. Saturn in Leo (Mutual Reception)
But, can we apply it to the houses ruling the signs, if someone has Mars in the 10th (House of Capricorn), and Saturn in the 1st (House of Aries), do they form a mutual reception?

And how is it important? and Why? Depending on the aspect it forms (if it forms any aspects at all)? I suppose what I am trying to say is how do we read mutual reception?
