Venus in Scorpio.

I do not know how I express love..as I have never actually been with a person I love. I feel it strongly now and the only way I can imagine expressing it is through physical, animalistic passion .. unfortunately I can't show my love to the one who owns it *pines away*

I'm certainly not traditional when it comes to Valentine's Day. I don't like red roses and teddy bears. I like creative, unique and thoughtful gifts, cards and flowers.

Besides, why make a fuss over a day that EVERYONE ELSE is celebrating as well. I would rather surprise or be surprised with a gift or flowers when least expected.

Venus in Scorpio

Very creative and totally original each year.

Example of a few past Valentine Day Adventures:
(key word: Adventures. I am a Sagi after all, LOL!)

1] A Treasure hunt, he just follows the hint's pre-written and placed on notes/letters including provocative riddles until he finally arrives at some natural hotsprings where I have already made reservations for the weekend including full body massages.

Over the weekend we explore Tantra classes, Full body painting, Watsu, and communal eating. Losing ourselves in bliss.

2] A drive to a very reclusive town near Taho where we ride snow mobiles, hike, laugh, and play for the day. Then retire to a themed room inside a Fantasy Hotel (will keep this rated G) let's just say exotic outdoor environments combined with silk sheets, heart shaped bed, deep large hot tub, candles, unreal romantic setting, etc. where we create poetry together. Wake up in the morning to posh room service, enjoy gourmet foods and then go explore quaint antique shops.

Venus in Scorpio (really!) [Mars in Leo]
I like to give little gifts on a regular basis---gifts that show I care, & that I've been listening.
&, when I get a chance, OFF-THE-CHARTS passionate lovemaking....
No sleepy sex here...!!!

I wish you had not said "Valentines Day"....I'm sad & just waiting for that day to be over!---& I hope that I'm not put in the awkward position of getting a Valentine from someone I'm NOT interested in....
Yeah, I have a BIG ego...(it's that Leo thing)

So then...
How does a Venus in Virgo express their Amore... + +

Do you purchase "practical gifts", have a card ceremony in which formal pictures are taken, BBQ enough food to feed the kingdom, hmmm.....

wait, wait... I know.
You started this thread in order to collect data from all of us so that you could assimilate it in a productive manner quietly and decide the very best way in which to express your amore in a acceptable, respectable, and methodical manner.

Am I right....

I would say I also like to surprise someone I love with unexpected romantic outings(I am usually the one who does the giving)...I have always wanted to have a secret get away to log cabin in the forest that no one else knows about, where we are all alone with each other in front of a crackling fireplace while its snowing outside while we make tender love, and all the rest of the world can cease to exist within that moment Mabe someday I'll find the right person to do that with

libraschoice I'm sure no one is offended by this thread..what is offensive about talking about how one shows love??? I think people are just joking because Valentine's Day is often a reminder to singletons that, well, they're single (i am, but i don't mind)

Oh ppl, again we are gonna go with the whole rant about consumerism, and how V-day is a shaft? Gosh, love is love and if it takes a day for some ppl to REALLY express what they feel about someone they have felt deeply for so long and might not have had the chance to say it, then why not let em have this day.

Saint Valentine didn't secretly marry young lovers off for love alone just so you guys can make a whole rant about how this day sucks. Comeon...

Venus in Libra here.

Oh I have something big planned for her . And knowing her sneaky ways, I am not going to post as to what I have planned Lol!

To my darling GF:

Like Hell I am gonna let you spoil my surprise . So yeah let the anticipation build up and up and up Lol! Then, you can bet my Mars in Saggitaius has other creative ideas for "desert" *Winkdy wink.*

My brother is Venus in Taurus.

One year he bought his girlfriend OdorEaters for Valentine's Day {smelly shoe product}.

That's not very romantic, I said, as I watched him wrap them up.

He look puzzled and said he thought it was a good idea as her feet smelt when she came home from work.

Did she dump him? NO. She married him and bore his children. True love, eh.

blue moon that's sooooo funny,
i love this story!!!!

yeah, that's an idea!! shoes for smelly feet! lmao!

i'm venus in pisces and my lover too. i don't know what to do yet, but my birthday is thursday, the following thursday is valentine's day and the following thursday is his birthday.... so we could celebrate three weeks in a row. and may be we'll have sex for the first time... we met a few month ago and did the whole waiting and flirting thing, now i can't wait to DO IT!!!

i was thinking to wait for his birthday but may be it could happen for mine or even for valentine's day. i still think for his birthday is better... but may be he think differently with his mars in sag.

yfis' previous valentine's day are pretty inventive. but we are two broke students in london so it's gonna have to be cheap.

...sex doesn't cost a thing.

come on guys, keep posting, i want to be inspired...

this thread is great

Now... I'm fairly neutral on Valentine's Day. It doesn't really annoy me (though the excessively cuddly pda couples and the excessively let me complain about it all day singles do), but it doesn't really excite me either. However, I'm almost perpetually single on Valentine's Day, and so most of the time I'll find single friends and hang out with them. However, last year, most of my friends were busy so I ended up not having plans... And then I did the best thing I really could have done. Instead of spending my money on anyone else, I spent it on myself as an appreciation for myself. I splurged a little and went to a concert I had been REALLY wanting to go and it was seriously one of the best concerts I had been to in a long time... And I even went BY MYSELF. *gasp* Blasphemy.

I have Venus in Virgo as well. When I'm in love, I think I express it by being insanely aware of small details, and when the one I love makes an offhand comment of something he'd might like or enjoy, I make a mental note of it and then pull it out on a later date as a surprise. Being a Virgo practically ensures that I remember EVERYTHING, and so I figure I might as well put it to good use.

Venus in Pisces.
Not really sure what that implies... but am not really the romantic type. But then again . I don't really make it a point to celebrate Valentines Day.

Blue Moon - I think that story about your brother is AWESOME! And it's something I would totally appreciate (well, maybe not being told that my feet are smelly). What makes it so great is that he showed he was paying attention to her and that he wanted to take care of her...to me, THAT'S romantic! lol

Venus in Aquarius here...I never seem to have a BF on valentine's Day, either. But, with any romantic gestures I make, I try to be unique and cater to what I think that person would like...something that shows I know them. Generally, lots of little things, like leaving little notes and clues or maybe leaving valentines in different places for him to find them. Then, making him dinner and snuggling on the couch watching a romantic movie. I'm not really into the flowers and candy thing, unless he bought me my favorite flowers and candy...showing he knows ME!
