I guessed the libra/scorpio cusp thing, b/c i have libra/scorpio cusp ascendant and tend to make similar expressions as those in the pics. Also i know a scorpio sun girl, i dunno if it's on the cusp with libra though, but she reminds me a LOT of him.

I chose gemini moon because i see a general happy/sunny disposition. And this could also be leo moon, but since leo moon loves appearing regal, I'd more likely go with gemini, but, hey, it could be leo, too

The Aquarius you guys mentioned is his moon. Which I see as being generally positive or having a sunny disposition.

The Libra you guys mentioned is his sun, but its cusp with Scorpio. The other scorpio-ness comes from his Scorpio mercury. (which affects our thoughts and i always think would affect our expressions to some extent.) But his sun is in the 10th house.

For everyone who mentioned Virgo... you guys are right... he has a Virgo Mars.

His Venus is Libra.

And for his rising -
its Capricorn!

He has sun in scorpio (not in libra cusp though)
moon in aqua
asc in capricorn
And Mercury in scorpio

Yet, he has mars in capricorn (less timid/demure than virgo, more stoic, independent looking, oh and also sometimes more active) and venus in saggitarius (more active and less refined, and pleasant-looking than libra)

I'm sure it does make a difference.
I've started noticing that out of two people with similar placements, including the rising, if u compare the inner placements, you will see why and because of which sign they still look pretty different. I've noticed, like seeing stars said in another post, that virgo risings give long, straight, thick eyebrows! And I've even noticed it's not JUST in the ascendant...anyone with virgo in their chart will have darker, longer, and straighter eyebrows than someone without virgo. (the eyebrows thing for virgo also kind of applies to the other earth risings as well!)
Like, if u notice, all the cap risings have pretty bushy eybrows that sort of extend/overlap or curve into the beginning of the ridge of the nose as well. I wonder why he doesn't have that eyebrows thing goin on..HMM! lol.
