I agree with Scorpio...it only takes one person to end a relationshipIP: Logged |

I usually don't begin it, blame it on my Pisces moon... but once I am in a relationship I am very passionate, giving, and faithful (Taurus sun?) If I don't get what I need, though, or if I get bored, I withdraw from it slowly, and that is that. I have no problems breaking up with someone either. IP: Logged |

They start it and I end it by kicking his butt out of my life and throwing the engagement ring back in his face. I have been with too many unsupportive and abusive mates. I was engaged 3 times but never walked down the aisle. I used to have this nightmare phobia of ever being in a relationship....Sun opposite Uranus Uranus trine Ascendant and MC I am an Aries with Jupiter in Saggy as well as having a strong uranian/Aquarian influence in my chart...... ID However currently I'm content in a psotive and rewarding relationship and I really think he is a keeper... IP: Logged |

[/i]" It seems that several of the posts here (mine included) suggest a lack of...or avoidance of INTIMACY and VULNERALBILITY in relationships.. Do you agree?"[/i]Yes. In the past I have always ended the relationship without a backward glance. This is because I would deliberately get involved with men who couldn't really touch me emotionally, and they were easy to leave. What a total monster I was sometimes. I'm not going to beat myself up too severely about all of them though because the feeling was quite often mutual. The idea of being hurt is still abhorrent to me but much sadder to go through life trying to avoid it. What's the point of that? I couldn't think about leaving my SO, not that I don't wonder from time to time what other people would be like but it's idle speculation when it comes right down to it. I couldn't leave him so I guess I really really love him. Aww nuts! IP: Logged |

It is so comforting to read about other people being phobic about this too. It's easy to think you are the world's biggest git and that everybody else is being reasonable and lovely all the time. IP: Logged |
