ok i know i will sound very stupid wen i ask tis. but pls help me out. wen seeing aspects is the house or the sign taken into consideration for creation an aspect?

eg

my neptune is in the 9th house in capricorn and mars is in the 10th house in capricorn. so is it tat tey are conjunct? pls help me out. i'm dying for answers

What degrees are they in?

That is what will make the aspect.

If you had the Sun at 28* Pisces in the first house, and the Moon at 2* Aries in the second house, they would be in Conjunction because they are 4* apart.

Hi Kermeez,

Aspects are determined by degree, so you could have 2 planets conjunct that are in different signs and you could have 2 planets in the same sign that don't aspect eachother.

blue- I think you meant to say Pisces Sun 28 and Aries Moon 02.
