Does anyone have any personal experiences with having their Venus in someone else's 8th house, or vice versa?

ohhhhhhhhh yeah!

My Venus in Scorpio is in my girlfriend's 8th house, and my Sun and Mercury in Scorpio are in her 8th house too. Her Sun,Mercury, and Mars in Aries are in my 8th house.

Very intense,deep,sexual,transformational connection.

I believe so. Stephen Arroyo believes that Ascendant in each other's houses works in synastry.

Is it just the ASC? Do the other angles count too?

Anyone have any links to interpretations for the angles in synastry? I'm having a tough time finding sites that mention it.

I've never had this with anyone. I did have my Mars in someone's 5th house and their Mars was also in my 5th house. It was pretty steamy the entire time we lasted.

I wonder which is hotter between Mars in 5th and Venus in 8th...

You know it is a matter of personal preference, I've been both before(the Venus, or the 8th house)and for some reason nothing ever seems to come of it...at least for me it's no fire works or whistles going off, I wish though

good point, librachoice

That's why I put a lot more emphasis on the aspects

Cosmobiologists don't even use houses.
