Whatever happened to discussing duads, decans and transits? So much negativity for an otherwise great-vibe astrology site! Why do people still feel the need to feed threads stating a particular sign is stupid, sneaky, or highly sexed?? Aren't there specific websites out there where you can go to talk smack about people, or go and discuss your sexual preferences, desires and fantasies?? When I left two months ago I thought it would calm down around here. I see it's only gotten worse. Unbelievable  IP: Logged |

Since webmaster Randall posted this in another thread, and closed it- may we close the sneaky thread? No longer will negativity be allowed just because of free expression. We have to reach a happy medium. I have a suggestion. A new folder called -Compost Heap- Where all of the ill thought bashing threads go. You know the ones. IP: Logged |

I feel you, Spry  Something in me wants to go do battle to fight the idiocy and the low caliber of INTELLECT, but it would require more time and energy than one (or even 100!!) people possess.....Sometimes it seems there are more people here who are only aware of Sun sign astrology and astro-stereotyping and aren't capable of or interested in progressing beyond that, than there are people who want to have an intelligent discussion. P.S. I took a break awhile back for the same reasons. At that time trolls and salacity were rampant. And you know what? A majority of the posters seemed to enjoy it as the negative threads went on and on to 3 and 4 pages. As Zala alluded, maybe we are the minority about what is enjoyable or interesting. IP: Logged |

Most seem to come here just for the socializing (or in the Trolls' case, to get attention), not to actually learn about and discuss the subject of ASTROLOGY.....I daresay there are a good number of noobs here who barely know who Linda Goodman was, and don't care..... IP: Logged |

I, for one, have to look at all the great people who are here contributing their gifts like Zala, Sesame, SunChild, AG, yfis, pixel, pid, I could go on and on.
We have strong "army" who are willing to fight for LL. I just can't, no won't, let myself get back into that fight mode. I was there for too long and am enjoying being a happy person for a change and at peace with myself. Hence why I have to stay away for a while longer.

The way I see it is that all of the signs get complained about here at least once in a while, so it's pretty easy to ignore when your sun sign gets sh*t talked. And I don't know about you guys, but whenever someone complains about air signs, it just reaffirms my "allegiance" to that particular sign. Yeah, Aquas are "indifferent", Libras are "flirts" and Geminis are "sneaky." So? Life is pretty awesome when you're an indifferent, sneaky flirt.Plus, we all have the 12 signs at least SOMEWHERE in our charts, whether we recognize them or not. IP: Logged |
