I so want to say, "Yes," but that probably wouldn't be accurate.

With Sun conjunct Midheaven he/she will probably have a good career. Saturn is restricting and discipling his/her Mars and Mercury, but I don't think that dooms anyone.

It looks like a pretty mellow chart to me.
