Well for starters, they are all Cardinal signs.

Libra Ascendant implies some social charm. Aries Moon is forthright in emotional reactions. As signs they are opposite. So we can imagine a balancing act between letting people know how you feel, and not wanting to offend others by being too blunt. The sensitive true self/ego that is Cancer Sun sits in the middle and wants its needs addressed. It sits at an angle to Ascendant and Moon and creates a tension.

I don't know if their positions make a T-Square by aspect, but they do by sign.

I knew someone who has those placements.
Very wryly witty, rather old-fashioned sense of romanticism, into women- not girls, sensitive, quirky, patient, idealistic, a bit "woe is me", sneaky/nosey, clever, very good knowledge and taste in music, films, the arts etc, drop dead gorgeous haha...

Of course not sure how many of those are due to those placements. Pretty sure a good appreciation of beauty would come in there, sneakiness probably a given too and I like that Aries Moon as it cuts up the sappiness of the other two with a bit of much needed... umm... quirky temperament!
