Lindaland has the nicest and most compassionate people on the internet. So I have come here to ask all of you angels for some advise. I am at a very bad place in my life at the moment. I had my first thoughts of suicide today. (just thoughts) I dread another day. They seem so long and lonley. I just need a glimmer. I am at rock bottom.

My career has completely bottomed out. I cant seem to find an opportunity anywhere despite trying very hard. I am unemployed. Also, the wheels have totally come off of my relationship of 5 years. We still have tons of attraction for each other, but I dont see him as much as I used to. He has become very remote. (I have never complained to him about my job situation.) I cant seem to figure out why everything has fallen apart. But more importantly, I need to know if there is some light at the end of this long dark tunnel. Any career opportunities or any hope for this relationship?

I dont know how to post charts other wise I would. I dont understand the complexities of the instructions that I have read here in some of the posts on how to do it. My birthdate is: 10/28/57 7:40 AM, stamford, ct. him: 3/5/54, new york, NY, dont have the exact time. If anyone has any insight I would appreciate it.

Transiting Saturn is reversing over your Pluto:
http://www.astrology-x-files.com/transits/saturn-cj-pluto.html

Transiting Saturn conjunct your natal Pluto. The main theme tends to be facing responsibility in the face of corruption. This is a time when you have to concentrate your interests more deeply and narrowly, most often because you are going through a financial burden or some other kind of shortage. This is also a time to get rid of any rules and regulations that do not adequately meet the demands that you are experiencing. Many of the habits that you have grown used to, simply do not apply anymore. You may have to live with austere circumstances for a while. The authorities may not be dependable, or may be corrupt.

Hi Scorpio

Sorry you are having a really crappy time at moment. I am a novice when it comes to astrology but l just wanted to say that it's interesting, all those communication/expression planets of yours in 12th with Pluto quincunx them all from 5th! PLUS Uranus trining them from the 4th... which l presume leads to unstable home life/security net that hits on your venus/moon emotional side? AND then neptune in 7th quincunx the 12th house stellium, which must affect you with transits.
WOW - interesting chart!

Not sure if that makes sense???

(just noticed that Pluto and Neptune are RX too)

Sorry I am confusing things by editing posts -

We are online the same time - and what do you know, our MCs are 4' apart.

The recent eclipse hit that spot. Now Saturn is making its last reverse over it before it moves away and out of orb by the end of June.

Hello Scorpio3X,

I'm also begging you to hang in there. If not one day at a time, then one moment at a time. Yes, your chart does suggest that you are going through some of the most difficult times that a person can go through and I want to commend you for seeking help, insight and guidance where ever you can.

I don't know if you have even been in therapy of any kind, but it's times like these, what I'm seeing in your chart, that therapy was built for. There is depression and very hard work suggested in the chart, but it's also a grand time of "Faith in crisis." It's time for the most honest prayers you can make, not wish fulfillment praying (although it can't hurt) but life time development praying, that George Bailey kind of praying. When everything in his life was falling apart, he only asked for one thing. Sitting at the bar he asked God, "Show me the way." That's all he asked. There are days when I wish I had that kind of faith, and sometimes I do. That's the kind of faith you need now.

I would like to go over your chart and give you some insight as well, I just can't now because I'm exhausted and leaving my office, perhaps tonight or tomorrow or over the next few days, but I want you to know that WE(Blue Moon and I) and perhaps many others here, WE see you. We see what's happening in your chart and that you are not under any illusions about what's going on. I'm sure others will join in here to help you see that light at the end of the tunnel as well.

Please hold on and keep asking for help. Don't stop asking for help, pick up the phone and call friends and family as well.

Please hang in there.

Geocosmic Valentine

As your Pluto is on the MC, that means that Saturn is hitting that planet as well as your MC at the same time.

It will be exact on 14 April by retrograde, then Saturn will move forwards on 3 May and will hit exact on 22 May.

The good news is that it will then move out of orb by the end of June.

So like Geo says, hang on in there.

~This too will pass~

Just in case you don't know, the MC on your chart represents the highest point of the sky. In intepretation it relates to the career and social status.

So with an eclipse over this point, and Saturn moving over it, we are currently facing something of a career crisis and big questions in this area. Certainly from my point of view I am asking myself a lot what am I going to do with my future and it isn't a comfortable process.

Some information on this from a website I like:
http://www.dkfoundation.co.uk/BookTransitsBook10.htm

A transit of Saturn to the 10th House usually indicates a time in which the career and the lifestyle are up for review.

As Saturn approaches and eventually transits the M.C. a person commonly experiences a period of difficulty in his work, or, if he is not working, in sustaining the lifestyle which he has had up to that point.

The difficulties and obstacles, which he faces at this time, tend to call into question the viability or the desirability of whatever it is, in which, he is engaged. The essential nature of those difficulties will be indicated by the sign and house position of natal Saturn.

The situations, which created difficulty at this time, are unlikely to resolve by themselves. Action is required and any action taken at this time is likely to resolve the situation in the short term but as Saturn moves on through its own House the need to make further changes will become apparent. Collectively the changes and adjustments made during the period of a Saturn transit to H10 will make up a watershed and it will be productive to the extent that a person finds the determination to face up to and sort out the difficulties as they present themselves.

This transit may also affect the health of a parent, most commonly the father, or the relationship, which a person has with a parent or other authority figure. Usually the upshot of such a situation will be the need to assume a greater responsibility for his own life, if not that of the parent also.

BlueMoon: thank you so much. I am not sure what all the corruption means, but it's kinda spooky, I quit my last job b/c my boss was corrupt. And now I am out of a job.

Lara: thank you also. But I dont know how to translate aspects. That's what I need help with.

Geocosmic: I visited your myspace page, but being out of work, I cant afford to pay for a reading, so thank you for taking the time to interpret this and help me. I do pray for guidance. I dont ask for anything specific as I do not have an agenda. I want to take the path God has laid out for me. I just need some clarity and some direction. I have even been having nightmares every night. I wont bore u with the details, but they are so depressing that they wake me up. And last night I dreamed about people that I know that are dead. I suppose it's b/c I feel that way inside. Again. thank you so much. p.s. I love that movie....It's a wonderful life. I do have a wonderful family, but they have their hands full with children and I dont want them to worry about me, so I pretend that everything is fine, and that I am busy and happy.

Some info on dealing with Saturn transits:
http://www.cafeastrology.com/saturntransits.html

Saturn takes about 28-29 years to come full circle. Therefore, every 7 years or so, Saturn will transit conjunct, square, or opposite a natal point. When that natal point is an intensely personal planet or point (such as the Sun, Moon, Ascendant, Mercury, Venus, or Mars), we feel its effects in an intensely personal way.

Saturn transits and cycles can be considered cycles of achievement and maturity. These periods in our lives can truly feel like lessons. Everything is slowed down--we encounter delays, frustrations, and pressures. But these times also challenge us to face reality, thereby offering us much wisdom and even freedom. Significant decisions are often made during Saturn's hard transits to our personal planets. These transits slow life down (or at least, that is how we perceive it) and make us live our lives in the present. Although Saturn transits can make life feel like a drudgery (these are often times when our lives seem to move at a snail's pace and advancements are hard to see), they also give us the opportunity to gain inner strength, to become more responsible for what we do and say, and to cut out waste.

Saturn transits can also be considered times of conservation in whatever area of life that Saturn is affecting. We generally build up our reserves and conserve our energy during these periods.

Some common real-life events that Saturn transits to personal points are associated with include delays and little but irksome problems. Things break down, our needs often go unmet by others, we often feel misunderstood and even left out, we tend to find others harsh and unsympathetic (although this is often a perception thing - we, in fact, may be lacking a sense of humor), and we often feel burdened or put upon.

Saturn transits teach us to take responsibility for ourselves. At the outset of a Saturn transit, we might feel like the world is a cold place. If we are mature, we will at some point come to the realization that we cannot always pass blame for our lives. We need to reach within and pull out our own inner strength -- to rely on ourselves.

Depression, therefore, can be a byproduct of heavy Saturn transits. However, if we focus our energies into meaningful endeavors without pushing too hard for recognition or support from others, we can fight the inclination towards gloom and doom. When we find ourselves facing great odds or loss during Saturn transits, we must remember that these things are happening because we did not plan or prepare properly. Saturn reminds us of reality and the need for greater self-discipline. Re-organizing the area of life represented by the house or personal point that Saturn is "hitting" can lead to great rewards. Remember that Saturn transits do not flatten us by all means. Instead, they slow us down, make us live in the here and now, keep us from taking unnecessary risks, and help us to build and structure our lives in ways that will reap rewards down the road.

It is interesting to consider the transits and themes that ran through our lives before our Saturn transits. If we were riding high during a high-speed Uranus transit just before Saturn "hit", this period can mark a significant time in our lives when we "pay" for the risks we may have taken during that Uranus phase. If Saturn transits come shortly after a Jupiter-themed period in our lives, we may feel particularly hard hit as well. Perhaps the Jupiter period has lead us to overspend or ignore our basics; and then Saturn moves in to "correct" that situation and to force us to face our personal realities. Life is not, in fact, all fun and games. We have to work and save--and that is what Saturn teaches us. Thus, it is helpful to consider the context of the individual's recent and past experiences when considering how Saturn transits might affect him/her.

Besides considering the nature of the personal planet or point that Saturn is transiting, we should also look to the position of transiting Saturn by house, the zodiac signs involved, and the condition of the personal planet/point itself. If the personal planet/point happens to be our chart ruler (that is, it rules our Ascendant), we may experience particularly powerful events and circumstances, for example. If our natal Sun and Moon are in hard aspect to each other, then Saturn transits will be impacting both personal points at the same time. If transiting Saturn is making a hard aspect with a stellium of planets (for example, if it is squaring your natal Sun conjunct Uranus and Pluto), then we will be experiencing a more complex set of circumstances and attitudes that might have a greater impact than if the personal point alone was affected.

Keys to Handling Saturn Transits:
Saturn teaches us about the value of moderation and caution. Perhaps the best way to "handle" hard Saturn transits to personal planets and points is to avoid fighting these lessons. Accept that, at this time in your life, things may move at a slower speed (even a snail's pace). Saturn wants us to work hard, put our energies into practical, useful, and meaningful projects, and to live in the here and now. This period in your life is a time for building a solid foundation. Understand that moderation at this point in your life is necessary for your spiritual growth and your physical body as well. Avoid blaming others for where you are at now--doing this will only lead to feelings of melancholy and anger. Know that this period in your life, while temporary, is a time for learning about your personal limits as well as your inner strength. Carry these lessons as you move beyond this phase, because how you handle your life now will make all the difference the next time (7 years later) Saturn makes a hard aspect to the same planet or point in your chart.

Pluto is creation and destruction, and like the phoenix can rise again out of the ashes.

On your birth chart, it sits on your career point.

Some info on this - just as an idea, not literal interpretation:
http://www.skyviewzone.com/articles/asrticle3sc.htm

Midheaven/Pluto
Through sheer force of will, this conjunction inclines one to seek a mission in life and to fulfill it. As the ego consciousness is focused on life's mission, personal power is mobilized to attain success, to organize one's life and to express personal authority. Any misuse or misdirection of personal power can lead to disasters. Power out of control is like a race car without a conscious driver, dangerous in the extreme. This conjunction indicates power, authority, fame and attainment of recognition.

Some more on the Saturn transit to Pluto, which will move out of orb by the end of June - some light at the end of the tunnel:

http://www.bobmarksastrologer.com/transitsSaturn18.4.htm

Saturn Transits in Aspect to Natal Pluto: Pluto rules deep and hidden things. Like a volcano, they can build up pressure, unseen and unsuspected until an explosive burst. Saturn is restriction, but it also tends to bring problems to the surface. When Saturn transits natal Pluto with a stressful aspect (conjunction, square, or opposition) the people you meet are not likely to be of the highest caliber, especially those governed by the house that Pluto is in, or the house that it rules (the house with the sign of Scorpio on the cusp). For instance, if you are born with Pluto in your 3rd House (siblings and neighbors) any long simmering disputes you may have with a sibling or neighbor will tend to come to a head. Make an extra effort to solve the problems without letting things get out of hand. Saturn can be bitter and Pluto explosive. There doesn’t even have to be an old dispute. It could also be that either you or they are just “venting” an internal problem. In any event, the people you attract now may not be underworld characters, but they might as well be. Make an extra effort to avoid power struggles. This transit makes it more likely for them to occur. The harmonious transits (sextile and trine) can be very helpful. Pluto is great power and Saturn is focus and discipline. Schedule extra work. You will be able to accomplish more when this one hits. Actually, if you can keep the stressful aspects from exploding, you can accomplish a lot with them as well. After all, stressful aspects do increase power, especially the square.

Take care Scorpio3x, bite the time and keep up your hopes. Since you have already seeing the worst, it can only go in one direction. The better.

With all my heart I wish things turn around as quickly as it can and I wish that god gives you the strength to handle what you have to go through.

We all will pray for you!

Job will come on your way, but keep trying hard. Keep telling yourself that 'I wont stop trying till I get one.

Just a small suggestion, may be you have already done that. Call every single person who you think might be helpful and let them know that you are looking for a job.

I'm sorry you are going through such a hard time. Times of crisis can be very transformative and they can seem like really bad times, but after the chaos comes order and the transformation brings good change. You are in the chaos moment, but eventually there will be order.
You have a strong 12th house as I do (I have sun and moon). with the sun there, there can be psychological crisis throughout your life. You also have a lot of water like me and I think this makes you very sensitive and prone to depression.
I think you could be a good social worker, or psychologist or a writer.
Pluto conjunct MC indicates you want to be acknowledged and known in your profession.
Moon in the 2nd indicates that your feelings and well being will depend on your financial circumstances.
Mars conjunct jupiter indicates you are very enthusiastic about new projects and you have a great attitude towards life's challenges.
Later I will try to check your partner's chart.
I also think you should try to do some kind of therapy to help you through this difficult time.
I wish you all the best.

scorpio3x ~

My sympathies for what you're going thru
A point I haven't seen mentioned yet is that you just "enjoyed" the last hit of your Chiron Return this past December, and could still be feeling influences from that whole dustup.....
