President Bush has every one of those placements

He even has Moon conjunct Jupiter in Libra square Sun in Cancer like that chart

Pluto is in a later degree of Leo, and so it seems that he's younger than Bush
but all the placements are same to the minute except for Pluto.

that must be President Bush's chart and typed Pluto's coordinate wrong.

Yes. It is indeed Bush's chart. It confuses me as to see how could we predict that this type of chart can become the President of the USA and be elected for the second term!

Any light on how to predict someone can reach at this layer of potential will be helpful.
