I was wondering if anyone could shed some light on why this is, but I've met a woman a few months ago whose life is almost parallel to mine. I mean, our kids are exactly 6 months apart, we both married at the same age, same circumstances, got separated at the same time, and after a few months of me starting to go out with a guy (no one knew about this) she started going out with his best friend.

At first glance the charts do look a similar shape but with one pushed a little to the right.

No disrespect intended, but are those coincidences that striking? Getting married and having children around the same time isn't that unusual. It wouldn't amaze me if you had met someone who had children, got married and split up within weeks of each date, not months. It's going out with best friends that makes it seem weird.

It is the details that actually make a difference I do have other friends about the same age that have kids about the same age as ours, but it is the stories of how we met the husbands, why we got married, etc. Oh, we are both teachers too (different schools, didn't meet at anything job related). She has a brother my brother's age and a sister my sister's age. It is just too much.
