This is from a paper written by Linda Rankin, a copy of which was printed off the 'net and left lying around a drawer in my house. For a few years Thought someone might like it. I would be interested in knowing if people can relate to it, I though mine were quite good. First off the past, I'll put future in another thread.

This is an abbreviated version.....

The planet next to your natal Moon in a clockwise direction represents your gifts and strengths from the past.

Your ability to:

SUN
Apply will and inner light to reaching your goals objectives and projections.
Leadership qualities.
Express your inner child.
Bring the light and warmth from your past to nuture the present.

MERCURY
Understand and assimilate your needs through your thought processes and your reasoning power.
Teach, share and communicate with the world with ease, bringing this into your present and emporing your future by sharing your thoughs, expanding your ideals and reaching out to others through communications, words and exchanges.

Glad you liked them. Gifts from the future next.

Mine is also Pluto, it does have resonance with my life, particularly in relation to my early childhood and my mother's influence (and that involves things that happened before I was born).

Mine is Chiron.
Chiron's kinda special for me. All my planets are on left side of my chart. It sits alone in my 7th house, and forms a grand trine with Venus and Jupiter/Mars.

So I do feel Chiron strongly, and its description fits. But I could relate to a lot of the descriptions, so... I actually read the Venus one first, not realizing Chiron would be included, and thought what a perfect fit it was.

So once again to confirm:

My Moon is in the 5th (5:00). If I continue around clockwise, the next planet is Saturn in the 1st (8:45). That's the right one for this one, right?

SATURN
Inherent strength from an immense reservoir of stability, perseverance and a deep understand of your responsibility within the world.
Guided foward and inspired by inner conviction and stamina.

_____________________________________________

What's interesting here is that the future planet is Pluto - ruler of Scorpio - Scorpio rules the 8th house where my Sun resides.

My gift from the past planet is Saturn - ruler of Capricorn, my Sun sign.

Somehow I'm betting these are reversed. This whole clockwise business does my head in. If you look at your chart as a clock face, then counter-clockwise seems to indicate that 3:00 would be a counter-clockwise direction from 6:00. However, if you look at the directions as hands on a clock, then the hands of a clock moving counter-clockwise will hit 9:00 prior to hitting 6:00. So if I'm looking for the planet nearest my Moon in a counter-clockwise direction, do I start at the Moon and head through the houses chronologically, or am I to imagine hands of a clock already moving counter-clockwise and what they'd hit directly prior to hitting my Moon?

mine is also saturn and this is pretty perceptive, all that i've been thru in my 37 yrs of life i keep pushing on still holding onto my idealistic point of view that all, soon, will be well. second reference to my perserverance...born according to the book, "The Secret Language of Birthdays" by Gary Goldschneider and Joost Elffers, born the Day of Perserverence...very interesting, always wondering why i didn't fall apart easily. thanks for the affirmation.
