I am a Cancer sun with a Scorpio rising. When I was younger my eyes never seemed intense (like around 5-14). I am noticing as of this year (at 19) I seem to have very intense eyes. People have a hard time holding eye contact with me when I look at them. I looked in the mirror the other day and recognized that my eyes are quite intense. I know that sounds quite funny, but it is true. I have brown eyes with a black outline around the iris. When I was younger I was always I had the eyes of a doe, lol. Anywho are any of you other Scorpio rising noticing this about yourself? ------------------

i have that , when i stare to someone i can sense and feel what they are feeling or what they hiding or showing ,sometimes i stare and forget myself until something happens or i realize myself i am staring for long, maybe its my Scorpio mercury , i have Scorpio sun mercury and rising . IP: Logged |

I have Scorpio Asc, Scorpio Mars, Scorpio Jupiter...I do that too, even though I have been trying to take a conscious decision not to, because it makes people uncomfortable. added: that's why I don't look at people in the eyes in general. I look between the eyes, or the nose, because it becomes awkward if I look directly at a person, for them. IP: Logged |

Yes I know someone with sco rising. His eyes were very liquid (nep in 1st) but he'd just sit and stare at you. I wasn't intimidated about it though (I'm pretty much all air/fire), in fact I was more annoyed because he came across as being rude (disrespect for personal space). So in the end, it ended up being a series of staring competitions, where I'd stare back to (re)gain dominance. Apparently I have the ability to look through someone and do the "looks could kill" as well. I have very dark eyes. I have pluto opp ac and aries rising. IP: Logged |

Oh yeah... I've always had intense eyes. I also have a dark ring around my irises, though my eyes are blue. What's funny about my eyes too is that they change colors. My eyes are actually blue gray, but sometimes they look blue, sometimes gray, sometimes even navy or violet. My eyes have been quite the subject of contention in my family for some time, since my eye color is not similar to anyone in my family. Actually, I think it's probably a throw back to either my dad's side of the family, or it's a very good blend of my mom's and dad's color of eyes. As for the intensity... Mine can be intense, but I know how and when to use them. They are very useful for working with kids, since I can just look at a kid when he/she is doing something wrong and they'll stop. They're also helpful when getting the point across to a potential suitor, if you know what I mean. lol.  Although, with them, I'll only use the Scorpio stare for a second and then use my Virgo bashfulness to reel them in.  In all, the Scorpio stare can be intimidating, but if you're going around scaring people, you're probably looking at them just a tad too long. You don't have to be shifty eyed... Just don't overdo it. ------------------

Apparently I have intimidating eyes. Moreso when I was a child though. I used to scare my parents with my gaze; and they're both tough cookies, especially my dad. Eventually they thought something was wrong with me and took me to an exorcist; the stare was a heavy infuence for their decision apparently lol! IP: Logged |

They took you to an exorcist?!  That is hectic! Funny, but hectic!Were you frothing at the mouth while staring at them? (juuuust being silly). I also think that the eyes go with one's mood. I am not always intense, but I am often intense. Staring at people for too long is rude because it cause unease. But, if I am trying to get a point across, I use my eyes because I don't raise my voice. I can project but shouting is too much for me, so I am the type to speak quietly, look at you directly if I feel strongly about something. IP: Logged |

well I am supposed to have these intense, brooding and intimidating eyes but god did not want that for me lol. i have a scorpio stellium. but i think its my venus rising that makes me look like a libra instead. i think its why people find me approachable and easy to talk to. i have been told I have sad eyes and lonely eyes. when i am serious people think i am sad or something. which i hate. because i am so not. hehe.IP: Logged |

Yes, Scorp ASC has a piercing gaze..Hitler was a Scorp rising. I'm a Scorp rising w/ Pluto in Scorp and Venus in Scorp both rising...these are my eyes:  ------------------

You can still see sco ac in there unmoved though, its the expression. And don't write yourself off, you are a gorgeous woman(as is sexy scorp, ah to be a scorpio). EDIT - I've noticed with both Augentier and Unmoved their eyes are on the slightly shortish end and both turned upwards with a shine. Similar expressions as well. Compare to mine, where mine are very long and turn downwards (aqu influence). IP: Logged |
