about someone's Sun sign?Listening to the radio this morning and they were talking about the next prime minister of Ireland (Brian Cowen)and how he would not be like the last, he would come in waving a big stick and being all stern. I shouted "Capricorn" at the radio. And dagnammit, I was right. Freaked Mr Wheels out a treat, which is what I live for. Other people I've got right lately are Ernest Shackleton, Polar Explorer. Kept his men alive and without scurvy for years, despite 16 months of living on pack ice, by dint of his humanitarian spirit. He went back to rescue his mates on Elephant Island- Aquarius. Iggy Pop - mad and brilliant rock performer, ballsy as they come. Likes to get his "parts" out for the ladies- Aries. Anyway, I'm done being smug. Who have you guessed right? IP: Logged |

Hey Wheels! Good morning to you, my fellow early-morning poster! "Freaked Mr Wheels out a treat, which is what I live for." LMAO...Thanks for the laugh this morning! Great way to start my day! These aren't famous people...but I've guessed several of the people I work with or see a lot correctly. One of them I guessed their exact birthdate...scary. (OK...I chose a late time the night before and he was born early the next morning. Same aspects for the most part though!) Freaked my friends out mightily, I'll tell ya! (Thought you'd appreciate that...from one freaker outer to another!) Have a great day! 8th IP: Logged |

I've guess a few people's signs in person.Once during a school section I said I could guess people's signs, and the teacher said, what's my sign in a doubting voice, and I said scorpio! SHe was shocked, everyone else was too and kept trying to tget me to guess there's. But you know when you know a persons sign, and you know when you don't! IP: Logged |

Yepyep...it does give me great satisfaction when i guess correctly. most of the time i keep the guess to myself and figure out later if i'm right or not. Sometimes I initially doubt my intuition and then i'm nervous about being wrong sooo i keep my mouth shut IP: Logged |

Yes its good when you can guess. And it would make sense for Iggy to be an aries (never bothered to look him up), but he is very sinewy and lean... IP: Logged |

I love it when I'm right about someone's sun (or moon) sign too! I love to try and guess the signs of movie stars because I can go and look them up and see if I'm right. I am often correct too. I find it to be good practice. I'm fairly decent as guessing acquaintances' sun signs too. I freaked one guy out because I, kinda out of nowhere, asked him if he was a Gemini, which, he was. lol. It's fun. ------------------ Virgo Sun/Aries Moon/Scorpio Rising IP: Logged |

Done being smug? My Leo Moon is baffled. How does that even work? Often, when I'm first getting to know someone, I'll guess their sign in my head. Usually, I'm wrong. But what I'm better at is after I've known someone for a while and I already know their Sun sign, I'm pretty good at then guessing what their Moon sign is. I do this only in my head though. Sadly no one in my life is interested in my astro skills. Fools. I have guessed strangers Sun signs correctly several times. The most recent time was a few months ago. A group of us was out to eat and started chatting up a group of 3 people next to us, and our groups guessed the other group's signs. Not only did I guess correctly on 2 out of the 3 participants (phew! ) but I finally had an audience to witness this awe-inspiring power. My Leo Moon purred. And the smugness has yet to abate. Forgive me, but I need to brag again. I forgot to list what I consider my highest astro achievement. Years ago, I guessed someone's exact birth time. I did it by testing out different times and seeing which house placements sounded the most like him. It's funny because in retrospect, I find that startling, but at the time, I wasn't that surprised when I learned that I had guessed correctly. The chart I guessed for him fit him and the way we interacted so well, that at the time I probably would've been more surprised if I hadn't guessed right.

Can anyone else sense synastry aspects? I often can sense Venus-Pluto and Venus-Uranus aspects when I first meet someone. I remember one time I met a guy, it was immediate, electric attraction, and I though "I have to have a venus-uranus aspect with this guy".... and I did! his venus was square my uranus.Sometimes I can get Sun signs right; only sometimes though! One musician, right when I saw him, I thought 'Scorpio'. He has that look and that intensity. And I was right. But that was too easy. IP: Logged |
