1, 8, 9, 10, 11, and 12 are empty houses on my chart..would that mean anything?

Thanks..finally I found an article on it.
it says:
HOUSES ARE CIRCUMSTANCES, THE ENVIRONMENT THROUGH WHICH THE ENERGIES OPERATE. WHERE YOU DO IT.

AN EMPTY HOUSE SHOWS THE ABSENCE OF SERIOUS PROBLEMS THERE.

THE HOUSES WITH PLANETS IN THEM ARE MORE VITAL ISSUES IN THE LIFE.

I always go by house rulers...the ruler of the sign on the cusp of the house. Therefore, no house is ever "empty"
