when doing a chart interpretation is it best to leave the report simple, with enough description that they understand the signs, houses and planets, aspects?

or should we put in detail pertaining to personality, past, life, career, moods, etc...?

i feel we should be accurate yet adding in some detail. another person believes that we should not put in detail for it is up to the individual to fit their lives into the simple description.

what are your thoughts?

simple and to the point if possible no messing around, major themes ideally
