As a child I lived with the Sun/Mercury/Pluto version ~ drama with edge.

Now I've got the Mars in Leo version. It likes attention, a bit of drama, a bit of overt appreciation for it's performance, etc.

Well, I knew one Leo (one that I was very much in love with) who was, on the bright side, very in love with knowledge, beauty, and the finer things in life (this really attracted me). But he was, on the down side, very much in love with himself and in lust with every woman who crossed his path...he'd randomly hop into bed with just about anyone, and I'm not exaggerating in the least: if anything, I'm making an understatement. This is another thing that I disagree with Linda on: she says Leos are loyal, but this Leo that I knew was anything BUT loyal. He would always be talking about his past loves--CONSTANTLY bringind them up--. Plus, he kept pictures of them around and on one occasion I called him and another woman answered. I really don't get how Leos ever got to be considered one of the "more faithful" signs (at least from a lot of sources I've read), given my experiences with them.

Thus, I'd have to say that when it comes to things like beauty, ideas, dreams, accomplishing goals, things like that Leos are in love, but with people it's all about the lust (at least from the Leos I've met). While the Leos I know are very romantic on the surface, the lust side always comes out sooner or later.

that;s interesting, Libralady - I'm married to a Leo man and he is unbelievably loyal and faithful; he doesn't even LOOK at another woman (weel, maybe the odd peek, but you know what I'm saying ) - my first ever boyfriend was a Leo too and he was loyal and faithful as well.

They've both been amazing people to be with and I've felt totally honoured and respected by them

my experience with leo men is that they are in love with themselves too. i don't know if its just the dynamic that i have with them but they are insanely possessive.

i had a leo "friend" lock me in his car until i agreed to go out with him. yeah right - like that was going to happen after that. not only did i not become his girlfriend we were no longer friends after that.

another Sun Leo here. so fun to read all the previous posts. I have to say I am faithful, probably loyal to a fault and I will protect anyone I love dearly!

I seek attention when I am feeling neglected, but that doesn't happen often, lol.

when I fall in love, that's it. I'm done. it's forever.....and I couldn't be happier w/my Gemini. Leos and Gems seem so common together. what's up with that? Has a Leo ever dated a fellow Leo? that MUST be interesting, but I would imagine aside from drama there is mutual admiration and much respect among other things.

Well, one of the guys I'm interested in has a Leo ascendant and he does not want a relationship because he likes to flirt with girls (he needs the validation he says). He has a Libra stellium, too.

And the other guy has a Leo moon. It's nice because he's vain like me and we talk about fashion like all of the time. We also go shopping together.

moon/venus/saturn/nn/chiron ARIES stellium coupled with my Leo rising

I have sun/mercury in Taurus but i'm basically all fire. Never dated an earth sign in my life that lsted more than a long yawn lol

I really do enjoy the limelight, but I don't put myself out there too often because I'm afraid of people making fun of me or judgding me, which, in my opinion, is worse than being physically injured, lol

As for romance, well...
I tend to fall in love very fast, and in the blink of an eye, fall back out, due to my Aries moon

But, when I *stay* in love, it's more important to me than anything else... including my inflated ego and my pride.
