My moon gemini conjucts my partners venus gemini in my 4th house. Does this indicate the possibilty of having twins some day?

Traditionally the ruler of the 5th, sign on the 5th and planets therein are places to look as well as the Moon.

Char. Ek het nie geweet dat jy is van die kaap af. Hoe gaan dit? Ek voel sommer beter maar ek eet baie nou. To answer your question, something w/ pluto or mars. Maybe a mars transitting the 1st house or 8th house. I dont have proof of this so I am just guessing.

Leo on the 5th house isn't traditionally associated with twins.

This doesn't mean you won't, it just means astrologically it isn't the most obvious intepretation of your chart.

The following isn't cast in stone, it just gives you an idea of what the tradtional astrologers looked for when making predicitions in this matter. This is written for a horary chart, so take it with even more of a pinch of salt as you are looking at your natal chart.

o Twins are indicated by common signs (Gemini, Virgo, Sagittarius, Pisces) on the 1st or 5th house cusp, with a fortune placed inside the house. More so when the Sun, Moon or 5th-ruler are also in common signs.
o North Node conjunct Jupiter or Venus in the 5th house can indicate twins, the same is true if one of these casts a partile (within 1 degree) sextile or trine to the degree ascending or 5th house cusp.
o Fixed signs on the asc or 5th cusp deny twins.
o Moveable signs on the asc or 5th cusp, with the Sun and Moon inside these houses, also denies twins.

I found the article confusing. With all those aspects for fertility and infertility listed it is very probable you will have good and bad, as it is in my case. It says that a sign of infertility is virgo or gemini in the 5th cusp. But then it says that a sign for having twins is virgo, gemini,saggitarius or piscis in 5th cusp. Kind of contradicting.

When talking about houses I usually go for its planet because some planets rule more than one sign. I also consider former rulers to be important. Dit sal maklik wees. O, dis die wyn wat afrikaans praat.

Oh and they are both twin boys and they are NOT identical.
