I need your help once again, please. A friend of mine who has some kind of psychic abilities told me that I have a deep bond coming from past lives with somebody. This somebody is a singer, one of my favourite singers actually. I checked our charts and I saw that we indeed have a south node/Saturn double whammy, but I don't know how much that counts, considering that I have more or less the same aspect with all those born in October 1973. His Saturn conjuncts my south node and IC, my Saturn conjuncts his south node. Now, this made me think that we may have belonged to the same family in a previous life... is this correct?
I have to say that when I met him last year (on July 14th, the day before my birthday, with Sun and new Moon falling right on our composite descendant!), he looked at me like he was wondering if we had already met before... hmmm...
Anybody who would like to help me with interpreting this? Please just consider that I am not sure about his hour of birth, he could still have Libra rising, although he looks more like a Scorpio rising to me...

I actually share the same aspect with a certain actor.

My Saturn is exactly conjunct his SN (with about 10 minutes of arc), while his Saturn is widely conjunct my SN (5°).

In our case my Saturn falls into his 8th house, while his Saturn falls into my 7th house.

My Saturn also exactly opposes his chartruler and is solstice conjunct his Venus.

His Saturn is exactly conjunct my Karma, trines my Moon and opposes my Neptune and his Venus and ASC.
Actually this nodal axis runs along that widish Neptune-Saturn-opposition (5), which has been called a karmic connection (on the side "Through nights fire"), which most often symbolizes a loss in a previous life.

And additionally his Venus and ASC are conjunct my Neptune; NN and ASC, in both our 1st houses.

So, if there was indeed a meeting in a previous life in this case, I have the feeling that it had much to do with loss, sacrifice, and somehow I get the notion of being "locked up", maybe because of Saturn, I don`t know. Or at least being separated through matters that have been out of an individual`s hands.

I also noticed that our seventh houses are both ruled by Venus and that our first houses are both ruled by Mars. Well, his is co-ruled by Mars and Pluto, to be precise, but still. His Moon falling into my 12th house should also indicate a karmic tie, I think.

Have you tried the analyis according to IQ?
See, if you have connections concerning the two rules?

"IQhunk had some rules for soulmate possibilities , only after the rules involving inner planets were met, could the love asterooids be considered.

Rule 1:
There has to be atleast one exact conjunction or exact trine of Ascendant of either person to either of: Asc, Sun, Moon, Venus, North Node, Saturn, Pluto, Karma, Valentine and Amor.
Exact means 1 degree either way or 2 degree orb to the max.

Rule 2:
There has to be atleast one exact conjunction or trine of Sun, Moon, Venus, Mars, Saturn, Pluto, Karma with the other's Sun, Moon, Venus, Mars, Saturn, Pluto, Karma.

If Rule 1 and Rule 2 both are true, then we can proceed to find double whammies or links for several other asteroids and we can include Jupiter, Uranus, Neptune, Nessus, Pholus and Chiron in the calculations.

My synastry with mentioned actor ironically passes both rules:

Rule 1:

My ASC conjunct his ASC (2°14)
his ASC conjunct my NN

Rule 2:
his Sun conjunct my Venus
(his Mars conjunct my Valentine)
his Saturn conjunct my Karma

Personally I even would include the oppositions, DSC, IC and maybe even Vertex in that list.

What IQ didn`t say, but what I DEFINITELY would look into, are the aspects of rulers of 1st, 4th, 5th, 7th and 8th house.

Especially the interconnections between rulers of 1st and 7th house can explain otherwise unexplainable attractions.

The ruler of 4th house would be interesting in regard to familiarity and the feeling of closeness.

Alright, if I don't include squares, but only close trines/conjunctions/oppositions, we have:

- My ASC opposes his Pluto (1°)
- My ASC trines his Venus (5°, a bit large, I know, but it's approaching)
- His ASC probably trines my Saturn (2°)
- His Karma is opposite my Sun (0°)(and widely conjunct my Moon)

- My Valentine opposes his IC (about 2/3°)
- Our Amor's are conjunct, but we were born less than three months apart and the asteroid was retrograde when he was born, so I'm not sure if this should be taken into account.

no I haven`t met this actor - yet. I`m actually going to see him on stage next year in London.

I`ve seen a singer last week, though. It was strange. Usually I take notice of someone, start admiring him, and then after a long time I get the chance of seeing someone life.
But in this case it was absolutely different; until up a few days before seeing him, I was convinced I wasn`t really "into" him.
I had seen him twice before. ONe time 2 years ago on an open air concert, when he came up into the audience all the way along towards me - I guess it was just part of the show.

The second time he was participating on a concert I was seeing in february. He was not the reason I went there, too. I wanted to see someone else. But this other guy was sick and didn`t even show up, only this guy.

And afterwards, as great as he was, I was still pretty convinced that I was not "into" him. Yet, I felt the urge to buy some tickets for a musical he was appearing in; two tickets for two performances on thursday and friday. I didn`T really understand why I did that. Why should I see someone twice, I am not even into?

And then I saw that concert, and I felt this energy, and I guess I became just intoxitated, and afterwards I felt COMPELLED to see him and talk to him.
And I did.
Usually I wouldn`t have done that (Even if I had wanted to); usually I would have thought about it so long, until I would have refrained from doing it.
But not this time. I was feeling like a puppet on a string, and someone else was pulling the strings.

So I saw him, talked to him for some minutes and offered to make a horoscope for him. LOL

I still don`t know exactly what has happened, but yes there was a strong strong feeling of familiarity and electricity at the same time.
And I realized, that I really do like him, not just his stage-persona. Don`t get me wrong, he is an awesome actor and singer, but I actually prefer him the way he came across afterwards. So much warmth, confidence and such a great sense of humour!

We don`t have a Saturn-SN-connection, though.
But his Isis is exactly conjunct my SN; my Lilith is conjunct his SN (probably not the kind of thing you want to see. lol).

There are some very interesting connections between our rulers of SN and NN. I think last time I counted, there were 14 conjunctions of rulers and nodes. lol

His Sun-Moon-conjunction also conjuncts my Sun-Mercury almost exactly (jip, we are having the infamour Sun-Moon-conjunction, just the other way round with him being Moon).
His Saturn exactly squares my Sun (ouch, but then again, I read somewhere it is still highly karmic).
My Moon falls into his 12th house.

We have double whammies on Eros-ASC, Valentine-Juno, Valentine-Vertex, Amor-NN and some more.

I think we don`t pass the 1st rule though, unless you count the Vertex-ASC-trine.

There is also an interesting double whammy of Mercury and ASC (within about 2°), and Mercury rules both our DSC`s. So basically that means we have a mutual connection between 1st and 7th house. We even pass the "marriage-rule" that Robert Blashke mentioned in his book.

Asteroidically we have Psyche-Psyche-conjunction, Union-Union-conjunction and his Kaali conjuncts my ASC, his Isis conjuncts my DSC, his Osiris trines my ASC and conjuncts my IC and so much more.

ONe of these days I will analyse it more systematically, but I don`t want to bore you here, too much.

However, there are enough astrological connections to explain my compulsion to meet him and talk to him and also to him responding quite openly and friendly (even thought hat has more to do with his nice personality than with me I guess).

You seem to have very valid aspects with this singer, too.
Your DSC conjunct his Pluto and Pluto is his ASC-ruler?
That is like having a Venus-Mars-conjunction. Wow.

The conjunction of Amor would count, I think. Definitely a beautiful aspect, especially along with that Amore-NN-double whammy (in my case it is unfortunately squares, but in the composite there is an exact Amor-NN-conjunction in Libra).
Pluto-Vertex sounds quite intense, too.

Just saw that we have a Siva/Vertex/Pluto thing going on as well: my Siva conjuncts his Vertex and both trine my Pluto, his Siva sextiles my Vertex/Pluto conjunction.
His Siva conjuncts my Valentine too.

By the way, I just read the thread you posted a couple of days ago about karmic links and found it to be very interesting! I looked to see if I had any aspects with "my" singer, and here's what I found:

a) the planetary ruler and/or exalted planetary ruler of one individual's south nodal sign is in *Ptolemaic aspect or quincunx to the planetary ruler and exalted planetary ruler of the sign that the other's south node is in,
b) the south node itself of one individual is in Ptolemaic aspect or quincunx to the planetary ruler and/or exalted planetary ruler of the sign that the other individual's south node is placed,
c) the south node of one individual is in tight conjunction to any angular cusp in the other's nativity,
d) the planetary ruler and/or exalted planetary ruler of one individual's south nodal sign is in tight conjunction to any angular cusp in the other's nativity,

My Moon, ruler of my SN (Cancer, 4th house), sextiles his Moon, ruler of his SN (Cancer, 9th house). His Moon also trines my SN.
Both my SN and his SN fall into my fouth house, conjunct my IC.
Both my SN and his SN fall into his 9th house. His Jupiter, ruler of his 9th (and of his SN), quincunxes my IC. My Jupiter also conjuncts his IC.

e) any angularly placed PNE point (Pre Natal Eclipse point) of one individual is in tight conjunction or opposition to any one of the aforementioned points in the other's nativity. (Pre Natal Eclipses are those eclipses of magnitude .500 or greater that occurred during the nine month period predating a person's date of birth),

Hmmm no idea how to calculate the PNE points...

f) any retrograde "outer" planet of one individual (such as Saturn, Uranus, Neptune or Pluto) is in tight aspect to any aforementioned points in the other's nativity,

My Jupiter, conjunct his IC, is retrograde. It can be considered as an outer planet, right?

Darkdreamer, if you are reading this... I would LOVE to know what you think! I really enjoy reading your posts, your knowledge truly amazes me! Everybody else's opinion would be greatly appreciated as well, of course!

First off, I calculated some arabic parts and my jaw dropped a few times... here's what I found (only hard aspects and trines):

His part of Karma is conjunct my Sun (2°), widely opposite my Moon (4°), square my Chiron exact and conjunct my 5th house cusp. It is also conjunct my name asteroid in his chart.
My part of Karma is opposite his Valentine almost exactly, conjunct his Moon (less than 1 degree), widely trine his Eros (3°) and conjunct his 5th house cusp.

His part of love trines my Mars (1°) and my Venus (1°). It actually turns my Venus/Mars trine into a grand trine! It also exactly squares my Destiny.
My part of love is conjunct his descendant and trines his NN (1°).

His part of destiny is conjunct, although a bit widely (3°) my asteroid Destiny.

His part of life and reincarnation is conjunct my ascendant! It also trines my Neptune almost exactly and squares my IC (1°) and nodes (2°).
My part of destiny is conjunct his Union (1°) and opposes his Kaali.

His part of luck is conjunct my Juno (2°).
My part of luck opposes his Valentine almost exactly, conjuncts his Moon (2°) and is conjunct his 5th house cusp.

His part of happiness is conjunct my Sun exactly!

I even calculated part of reincarnation and karma in our Davison and midpoint composites, and found out that:

Davison composite: part of Karma is opposite Neptune, square Sun, trine Pluto and trine Jupiter (all aspects under 1,5 degrees). Part of life and reincarnation is in Capricorn, exactly conjunct composite NN, opposite Siva (2°), opposite Saturn (2°), square Pluto (1°), trine Mars (1°), trine Sun (1°), quincunx comp. ascendant (less than 1°).

Midpoint composite: part of Karma is square composite Moon (1°) and trine comp. descendant (1°). Part of life and reincarnation is opposite comp. Juno/Ceres (1°/2°), square our comp. Isis/Osiris conjunction (1°/2°) and trine comp. Moon exact!
