Neptune is powerfully sited in the 12th house (its natural home) and is Conjunct the Ascendant. It's likely he is a deeply intuitive person, in tune with the sensitivities of the environment about him ~ maybe more than he lets on.

At the other end of the chart is the Moon ~ a very close opposition this, but to add colour to the mix, we have Mars in Conjunction with the Moon and 4 degrees from Opposition to Neptune. The Moon and Mars suggest powerful feelings, the more so given the Moonis in its native sign of Cancer. I'd say this is where we are getting the forced balance with Neptune, as this is more expressive of his self-directed sensitivity. Given it's placement on the 7th, this is very much something he is bringing out into the way he relates to other people on a close level.

Only Uranus is in a fire sign, and it's ruler, Jupiter is in the 1st house. So I'm thinking maybe he finds getting motivated a problem sometimes.
