I have read that with this aspect it is the uranus that loves the venus at first sight and if the venus is female and the uranus is male ir means rest assured that your mate (uranus) will always find your attractive.

thanks! the only thing i've ever read is that there are usually intense sparks between both people and though there's usually a lot of passion, it tends to often fizzle out. so does venus love uranus' independence and weirdness then?

i'm the uranus and he's the venus. they are exactly conjunct and exactly opposite my moon (which is trined his moon by a 1 deg orb).

So my question is, how hard has it hit them if indeed, the lightening bolt did strike them, as it did for me?

I believe that it's the Venus is the one that is more attracted and loves more. Uranus does the shocking,excitement.

I have this aspect with my husband. My Venus conjuncts his Uranus exactly and the conjunction falls into my fifth house and into his seventh house. It was love at first sight and I think it impacted both in the same way. And it might indeed be true that the Uranus person always finds the Venus person attractive, we have been together for over 15 years and he keeps saying that he thinks I am as attractive as I was 15 years ago (eh, I wish that was true! ). Our Venus/Uranus conjunction also trines his Venus, that is conjunct my Mars. This was probably also responsible for that "urge" to be together that we both experienced when we met...

my eros is conjunct exact his venus/uranus close conjunct! plus my uranus widely conjuncts his venus.

my uranus is conjunct exact his pluto (generational aspect though)

dooza.. well actually it was a weird circumstance when we met. he was moving out and i was moving into his old room. i was also involved with another guy (though not really committed to him; we were just seeing eachother). we met twice and both times i was extremely sleep deprived! he also looks really young for his age. he's in his late 20s but he looks to be about 22. so all these factors combined, i surpressed, ignored, and otherwise had my attention taken away from him when we met. i remember being VERY attracted to him but putting it out of my mind, thinking it wasn't an option. plus he was moving like 20 hours away. it was only a month or so later when i found out his age and me and that other guy were done and i found some pictures of him that i realized how strongly i was attracted to him. and he SEEMED to be attracted to me too. but if i hadn't been sleep deprived, wasn't involved with someone else, and knew his age, there's no doubt in my mind i would have been 100% smitten at that first meeting!!

thanks glaucus! when i think back on the energy i was sort of the wacky uranian person and he was sort of the sweet venus person in our dynamic the first times we met. and he did seem sort of shocked. it was weird. he just stared at me, both times, and seemed very shy, but like i had his complete attention.

teresa, thank you for sharing your experience! that is great to know yours wasn't a fizzler, and you've sustained that passion. and i can see myself always being attracted to him forsure. he's very lovely.

What about Venus trine Uranus? Would it be the same effect but less intense?
